He is the descendant of Az(who is beyond 3000 years old but unlike the games isn't able to magically appear out of nowhere healthy and ALIVE)the man who created the ultimate weapon in Pokemon X and Y after the death of his poor Floette and wanted to put an end to the pokemon war. His floette then left him and he was miserable but before she left he asked her to find a loving trainer to become partners with. The same Floette then becomes Y/n's partner pokemon and with her reborn power and strength she is able to help him beat Diantha and then become the new Kalos region champion.

This Eternal flower floette hates her pokeball and likes to float by Y/n's side or just sit on his shoulder when she is too tired to float on her flower.
Y/n becomes champion after Alain won the league but lost to Diantha. Y/n then challenged the league but won against Diantha. After he became the brand new champion of Kalos he also became undefeated as nobody could defeat him.
This floette is unable to evolve but is special as she has a custom z move(made by YingYangHeart)
