Rouge's POV
'Sigh where are they... Shadow is like 10 mins late.' Rouge thoughts quietly to herself. 'Did something happen to them?'
A pink hedgehog taps my back and I turned around.
"Hey who are the guests anyways?" Amy Rose questioned me.
"I said it's a surprise hun," I answered.
"It's a late surprise for sure." Tails said walking toward us.
"They should be here any minute haha," Rouge said laughing nervously. "As again they are the busy kind."
"Busy huh?" Amy replied lifting an eyebrow.
"I thought me and Silver were the busy ones." Tails said jokingly.
"I'm even surprised you guys even make it to the party." Knuckles joined in the conversation.
We all giggle at what Knuckles said.
"So everyone is here except for the guests right?" Knuckles asked me.
"Let's see... Amy Rose, Blaze, Silver, Tails, Cream, Vanilla, Espio, Charms, Vector, My loving Boyfriend Aka Knuckles, Sally Acorn and the two others she brought along with her which are Sonia and Manic." Rouge said studying the whole room. "Yeah, that's everyone except for the guests."
"Are they even gonna come?" Knuckles questioned.
"Well they are supposed to" I was stopped when the doorbell rang.
"That must be the late guests." Tails and Amy said.
"COMING!!" I said flying to the door.
I opened the door and saw Shadow and Sonic hiding behind him quietly.
"Are we late?" Shadow asked.
I did a big sigh.
"Like 12 mins late but I will let it slide for now," I said a bit annoyed knowing that I can't blame them I bet Sonic is very scared and nervous.
"Are you gonna let them in or what?" Sally looked at Rouge smiling.
"Oh yeah!" I replied.
"Come on in hun," I said with an awkward smirk knowing this might end in many ways.
"Long time no see losers," Shadow said coldly.
"Oh don't tell me it was shadow along," Amy growls in annoyance.
"Hey Don't call them that Shadow!" Sonic said trying to whisper but failed instantly.
"Whatever," Shadow grumbles quietly.
"Wait who is that behind him?" Sonia asked noticing the blue figure behind Shadow.
"Wait that can't be?" Manic eyes widen.
"Oh yeah!" Shadow said.
Shadow moves aside revealing Sonic standing behind him.
"Meet my new boyfriend, I think you guys know him already but his name is Sonic," Shadow said with a grin, he knows what he is doing.
"BoYFRIenD!?" Sonic yelled blushing madly.
Everyone stared at Sonic with expressions on their faces.
"haha Surprise....?" I said in an awkward tone.
'And also... BOYFRIEND!!!?!?' I thought in total shock. 'Since when they were together?..'
