Chapter 5

(Mitch's pov)
Jerome led me to the living room where there was a robot sitting on the couch,looking closer I saw he had a yellowish cat in his lap. Hey Matt!Hey Taylor!Jerome said, punching the robot in the arm. That must be Matt then,but whose Taylor?This is Mitch! He's a new member of team crafted! Hi,the robot said, shaking my hand. This is Taylor he said,picking up the cat.Ohh ok,so Taylor's the cat.Taylor's a cat hybrid, Jerome explained, she turns back into a human in, he looks at his watch, 1 minute. As soon as he said that, she started to sparkle. Then, in her place stood a girl with dirty blonde hair and brown cat ears with a brown tail behind her. Then I realized, I knew her. Taylor!? I managed to choke out.
Her bright hazel eyes widened, Mitch?! She said tackling me in a hug. Uhh how do you guys know each other? Jerome questioned. When I was in my pack we found her in the forest alone, she was a cat hybrid so she didn't get along great with us but she managed. One day for some reason the leader of the pack, Rob, and his mate, Preston, chased her out. I don't know why... I explain turning towards her. Me and Rob got in a fight the night before, she explained. I had a crush on Preston, and Rob didn't like it so he and Preston chased me out. oh.. I say quietly, I wish I could've helped. No, it's better that you didn't, I wouldn't want you to be kicked out of the pack. I look down dejectedly. Mitch you ok, Jerome questioned sounding worried. Im fine, I say, just old memories. Alright...., let's go meet the others! he exclaims happily. Alright! I say, living here is going to be fun! Alrighty! I'll see ya around, Taylor said happily, giving me one more hug then flopping onto the couch. Bye dude, Matt says sitting next to her. Jerome leads me upstairs to meet Lachlan .
