4 months later
(Robs POV)
Oh.my.god.
Preston just went into labor, AND I'M NOT ALLOWED TO SEE HIM!!!
Why! I know Seto said he needs space, but I'm his mate! For F*cks sake!
Mitch is here, trying to calm me down, with Jerome leaning on the wall shooting me sympathetic looks, but admittedly, Mitch is not helping. It's not that I don't like him or anything like that, he's my best friend. But, him being 7 months pregnant just keeps reminding me of Preston.
After what feels like an eternity, which was actually probably an hour, I'm allowed to go see him. I rush in to see him holding an adorable little slime hybrid in his arms. He's beautiful, I say walking up to Preston and grabbing his hand. Isn't he just? Preston says, kissing the baby on the forehead. What will we name him? I murmur softly. How about Pete? He asks. I was thinking Brandon. I say quietly. How about Pete Brandon Arsement? He asks. That a beautiful name baby, I say kissing his cheek. Around 20 minutes later Mitch comes in with Jerome, no surprise there. How adorable! Mitch coo's, walking over. His name is Pete, Preston says tiredly. May I hold him? Mitch asks. Preston nods and hands him over. He's beautiful, Mitch agrees handing the baby carefully to Jerome, who hands him back to Preston after a bit. I'm finally a father, I'm so happy.
/1 month later\
(Mitch's POV)
Ty just had his baby, Skylar this morning. I've been thinking about when I have my baby, what will I name her or him? How will s/he act? What will s/he look like? Jerome says I'm over thinking this, and I think he's right, I'm just so paranoid. What if something goes wrong? What if......? No I'm over thinking this. I need to talk to Jerome. He's on the couch from what I remember. Yup, he's still there. Mitch biggums? What is it? You okay? He asks while wrapping his arms around me. I wrap my tail around his waist. I'm just worried about our baby. What if.... He stops me by pressing his lips to mine. Don't worry biggums, everything will be fine. He coo's. Thanks Jerome, I needed that. I murmur into his chest. Of course Mitch, I love you.
(2 months later )
(Mitch's POV)
I wake up and walk downstairs to get some Orange juice, it's like 11:00 pm, but I slept all day. When I grab the glass, my stomach explodes in agony. I drop the glass I just got and sink to the floor. Jerome is down stairs in seconds, he probably heard the glass shatter. He scoops me up and runs to Seto's room, busting the door down. Seto! Brice! Mitch is going into labor! He whisper yells. Seto is in action in seconds, pushing Brice out of bed and grabbing me out of Jerome's arms, he places me softly onto the bed and hands me a maroon potion. Strength, I think? I drink it with rapid gulps and moan in pain as I have another contraction. Jerome stands by the bed, holding my hand as I scream in pain. If everyone wasn't awake before, they are now.
\An hour later/
I'm holding perfection in my arms. She has soft gray fur and bright Carmel eyes like me. Jerome's holding my hand while I cuddle her. We named her Maru Aceti Hughes. She's so beautiful, indeed she is. Jerome says, looking at me with love in his eyes. I'm barley able to stay awake at this point, that took a lot out of me.
