After a few moments after getting him in the hospital the leaders of the factions would be in the room.

Serafall: how is he?

The doctor would answer

Doctor: he will be okay let him rest for a while. but he deserves it don't you think?

All of them would agree and sirzechs and grayifa would be eternally grateful to issei and will for him to wake up to tell him just that

Michael: this kid is something special isnt he guys

And they would disappear after serafall threw ice at them.

After a few hours issei would get up and and would turn over to the other side of the bed.

2 weeks later

Isse would finally wake up and a screen would pop up on his face.
