The small boy looked at his letter to his crush, smiling sadly.
He flinched hearing a crash coming from the downstairs living room.
He ran to his door and locked it.
His breaths became uneven and he was shaking in fear.
"Dad don't do anything stupid ok.."
The boy whispered under his breath quietly.
The boy's fear raised as he heard footsteps going down the stairs.
He looked around the room and saw cardboard boxes.
He quickly pushed them across the room, blocking his door.
Then ran to his closet hiding.
The small boy felt his tears coming out of his eyes and sobbed in his closet quietly.
He just had an amazing day with his parents.
