Notes: Mental health should not be romanticized. That being said, this story is about Aurora, however it will also be written from other people's POV's (there will be most scenes in her perspective, but I might switch POV's often). The reason is because there are some important details that Aurora wouldn't see/thoughts Aurora wouldn't think.
Also, I made Aurora an oc because people legitimately struggle from dark situations like Aurora does and I don't like stories that make Y/N super traumatized, not for any reason other than that it feels odd. Also, while I'm fine with people using these stories to detach from reality, I (as someone with a dissociative mental disorder) believe it's not a very healthy way to deal with your feelings. If you ever need to talk, my DMs are always open. I don't mind being ranted to and yes, I do actually read people's rants. Just make sure you put an appropriate TW or CW before I read the rant.
Speaking of, this story will get dark and angsty at a certain point. I will put a TW and/or CW at the beginning of the chapters, so make sure to pay attention to those. This is also my first time writing angst, so we're gonna see what happens. If it helps, I'm rewatching A Silent Voice. It's so sad and for what?
