ChildHood AU [Karl, Sapnap, and Quackity)

Summary: When Karl was younger he had to move away from his friends, Karl saved up to see them again, but they didn't remember him.

"Tag, you're it!"

"No i'm not, you didn't touch me!" disagreed the older.

"Alex, can you confirm he didn't touch me!" he continued.

"He.. he touched you, Karl" They ravenette said through laughs.

The three argued for a while, eventually stopping when they saw karl's mum approaching who looked like she only just got home from work.

"Mum! i swear we werent just arguing!" Karl exclaimed as he ran towards her.

"Well, you should go home and say goodbye to your friends now, we're moving to a different state in a few days.." she chuckled.

"Whyy? will i ever see Alex and Sap again?" questioned the brunette.

"Mm.. maybe in a few years, now say bye bye"

Karl did as told and said goodbye to his friends before he went home. In just a few days, he said goodbye and hugged them for the last time before going to the airport. tears were sheded from the trio's eyes as they know they wouldn't see each other for a very long time.

A few years had passed and Karl is already nineteen. he worked very hard to get enough money for his flight back to texas as he didn't want to trouble his mother for cash. No days have been spent without thinking and worrying about his childhood friends.

"I've got enough.. i've got enough!" karl repeated, chuckling softly.

"I should be able to leave tomorrow morning, i hope they're doing fine.."

And so he did, he bid farewell to his mother and flew from north carolina to texas. On the way, he thought of many different ways to surprise them with his presence.

as karl dismounted the taxi he was riding, he saw two familiar faces, different ones from when he last saw them. a lot has changed with their looks, but he hopes that nothing has changed between them.

"Alex, Sapnap!" he enthusiastically and excitedly shouted as he approuched the two brunettes.

"Uh I'm sorry, but do we know you?" the shorter asked.

"i-it's me, karl! Karl Jacobs!" karl started to get nervous.

"Have we met before?" the other continued.

"Oh uh, im sorry. i thought you were someone else, my deepest apologies" Karl sorrowfully spoke as he walked away.

"At least i know, with my own eyes, they're safe"
