Capitolo 03

Deanna's POV

Gagala nanaman ako. Hahaha. Hindi na ko magpapaalam kayla Mama, wala naman sila dito para sermonan ako eh. Hahaha.

I waited outside the door for Ae to ask if he would like to join us with Alyja, Ricci and Cian to eat at the samgyupsal later.

"Leonardo DiCaprio. Honeyyyyy. My husband." I said to Ae like a fool. Hahaha.

"I'm not Leonardo DiCaprio." Ae complained.

"Where's my husband?" I asked like a fool again. Hahaha.

"I killed him." Ay, harsh. Bwisit, ang panget mo talagang ka-bonding.

"Then can you be my husband?" I chuckled. Hindi ko na kaya, natatawa na ko.

Ae patted my forehead while I was laughing kaya tinanong ko na siya... Kung pwede niya kong pakasalan, charot. Hahaha.

"Kakain kami sa samgyupsal nila Alyja, gusto mo bang sumama?" Naka-ngiti kong tanong pero bigla siyang naglakad kaya napakagad na lang ako sa labi ko.

Siraulo talaga. Ang hilig niya sa ganito. Kapag ayaw niya, hindi siya sasagot pero lalayasan ka niya.

When Ae came home we went to samgyupsal. after we ate we went home. Kaya kami gumala kasi literal na ngayon lang talaga kami nagkita. Hahaha.

I was walking towards our alley. Nasa labas na ko ng gate namin when I saw that there was no light in the garage of Ae's house so I approached their gate and saw Ae standing on a chair.

"Cosa stai facendo?" I asked as he adjusts their light. (Translation in English: What are you doing?)

"Sto sostituendo la lampadina del garage." Ae answered without looking at me. (Translation in English: I'm replacing the garage light bulb.)

"Puoi?" I asked in amazement. (Translation in English: You can?)

"Diverso da te. Hindi naman ako bobo, katulad mo." Napanganga na lang ako sa sinagot sakin Ae. Bastardo! (Translation in English: Different from you.)

"Ang harsh mo naman. Harap-harapan pa talaga." I complained and scratched my head.

"Sto andando a casa ora." I said and rolled my eyes. (Translation in English: I'm going home now.)

Maglalakad na sana ako nang biglang nagsalita si Ae, kaya tumingin agad ako sa kanya.

"Next time when you’re alone, don’t go home at night." Bahagya akong napangiti sa sinabi niya.

"Alam ko naman cute ako—" Ae immediately cut my off.

"Cute my ass. It's dangerous for a stupid like you to go home at night." Ae calmly said to me and entered their house.

Ang kapal naman ng muka nito. Alam ko namang bobo ako pero 'wag naman sanang harap-harapan. Respeto naman. Gwapo nga siya, wala namang modo.

TOMORROW

I'm going to school now. Tinatamad pa din ako, as usual, pero kailangan kong pumasok. No study, no future.

Pagbukas ko ng gate namin, saktong pagbukas din ni Ae ng gate nila. Ayiie. Destiny. Charot.

I ignored him and just closed our gate, I was about to walk when Ae suddenly spoke.

"Good morning, Deanna." Ae suddenly said so I stopped. Pagkatapos mong sabihin yung salitang stupid sa muka ko kagabi tapos maggo-goodmorning ka.

I suddenly smiled up to my ears, "Nahiya ka pa. Lagyan mo na ng ko. Like, Good morning, Deanna ko."

Trip ko talagang asarin si Ae ng ganito. Hahaha. Dito lang kasi ako nakakabawi sa kanya.

"Daydreaming." Ae complained and walked to the bus stop.

When I entered the classroom, Ma'am Dahlia gave our assessment yesterday to Isabel.

Isabel stood in the middle and called our names one by one. I put my stuff on my table first and I went to Katrina's table to lean on her table.

I was just watching Isabel while giving the assessment, didn't she know our names so she had to shout the names of us all one by one? DUh.

"Xian Jimenez." Isabel shouted Cian's name. Niliitan ko siya ng mata tsaka tinaasan ng kilay.

"It's Kee-an." I said without any facial emotion then folded my arms together across my chest. Cian had already taken his assessment and returned to his seat.

Isabel just looked into my eyes for a seconds and spoke again, "Riki Rodriquez?"

"It's Ritchi Rodriquez, sweetie." I said with a fake smile so Isabel rolled her eyes. Hahaha. Ricci has also taken his assessment.

"Diyana... Biyanchi? Anong klaseng apilido 'to?" I heard Isabel said to herself so I walked over to him and took my assessment.

"An arrogant girl who doesn't know how to pronounce names with different spelling. I'm imported, sweetie. My name is Dina Bianchi not Diyana. Thank you." I sarcastically said. Naiinis na si Isabel sakin, medyo bida-bida ako lalo na sa taong mayabang. Bobo na ko, hindi ko alam may mas bobo pa pala sakin.

Bumalik na ko sa table ko, tapos na yung pangookray ko sa kanya. Hahaha.

"Elijah Lopez?" Isabel mentioned Alyja's name. Ang layo naman ng Eli sa Aly.

"Bobo kaba? Aly yung nakalagay tapos babasahin mo ng Eli." Napangiti ako sa sinabi ni Alyja. Hahaha. Demonyita lang. Oops.

I saw Isabel lower her two arms. Mukang inis na inis na siya samin ni Alyja, ay sakin lang ata. Hahaha.

Actually, wala naman akong karapatan mangokray kasi... Bobo din ako.

Lumapit si Ae kay Isabel para matapos ang gulo. Hahaha. Siya na lumapit para kunin yung assessment niya. Tagal-tagal kasi. Inuna pang mainis.
