Capitolo 08

Deanna's POV

Maaga akong pumasok ngayon. Ayoko kasing makasabay si Ae na may topak. When I entered the school gate, Ricci immediately greeted me.

"Ang aga mo ngayon aaa." Ricci said to me with a smile so I also smiled at him as I walked closer to him.

"Ikaw rin." I giggled.

We walked into our classroom together. We entered the door together when we suddenly stopped because we couldn’t fit. Hahaha. Ngumiti lang si Ricci sa akin at pina-una na akong maglakad.

As I walked to my table I was surprised because Ae was already here. Luh. Bakit nandito na siya? Akala ko maaga ako, nandito kana pala.

Ae looked at me seriously but he also went back to reading. Okay.

It's recess time and Ae didn't come with us to eat. While Ricci and I were playing word search, Ae suddenly came in so he immediately got my attention. When Isabel suddenly came and the two of them went out. Kaya sinundan ko sila para maki-chismis.

"Ano?" Ricci asked before I left because I suddenly dropped my highlighter on his desk.

"Ae, I have a male cousin. His birthday is coning and I want to give him a gift but I don't know what men taste like. Can you come with me to the mall?" I heard them talking. Ae was about to speak when Cian suddenly came.

"Hoy, sa tingin mo spy ka para magtago ng ganyan?" Cian loudly said. So we got Ae and Isabel's attention so I just pulled Cian away from that place.

Gosh. Bakit ka pasulpot-sulpot na parang kabute?

It's class time again. While the teacher was teaching Cian whispered something to me but I couldn't hear.

"Cian Jimenez, Deanna Bianchi." The teacher suddenly called our name so we immediately looked at her so we immediately stood up.

"Stand up! Why are you whispering back and forth?" The teacher seriously said to us.

"Baka gusto niyo kaming isali. I'll give you time to tell everyone what you talked about." Our teacher said seriously so as her hand rested on the table.

"That's why we whispered so you wouldn't hear what we were talking about." I whispered but our teacher still hear that.

"Ano? Anong sabi mo? Deanna Bianchi, patagal ng patagal mas lalo kang nagiging pasaway. Wala ka ng modo—" The teacher didn’t finish she scolded me because Ae suddenly spoke.

"Please go with teaching. If you keep scolding, we have no lessons to finish today." Ae suddenly said so the teacher looked me in the eye first before returning to teaching.

We just finished class with our most strict teacher. As Alyja and I were walking towards the restroom, Cian suddenly threw his shoes at me.

"Walangya ka talaga, Deanna! Pinagalitan tuloy ako ng teacher dahil sa'yo!" Sigaw ni Cian sakin pero wala lang. Kinuha ko yung sapatos ni Cian at tinakbo.

Tamang hagis ka, mahirapan ka ngayong maglakad. Hahaha.

"Hoy, Deanna Bianchi! Ibalik mo yung sapatos ko!" Cian shouted as Alyja and I ran. Hahaha.

TOMORROW

Naglalakad ako sa hallway ngayon. Kasabay ko si Ae pero hindi ko talaga siya kasabay kasi nagkataon lang na sabay kaming naglakad.

"Ae, you have notes on our lesson yesterday at AP? I think I missed something yesterday." Isabel suddenly blocked Ae's way. Huminto din ako, chismosa nga kasi ako.

"I never take notes." Ae brief answered.

"Well, then can you teach me about that part?" Jusko. May libro ka na naman. Magbasa ka na lang. Paturo amp.

Naiirita ako sa kaartihan ni Isabel. So I just went to the canteen to eat. Ang boring ng buhay ko ngayon.

I was eating a burger alone while I was reading a fairytale that I borrowed from the library earlier. It's recess but Alyja, Ricci and Cian are afraid of failing the quiz later so even after recess they are still reviewing. Chill lang dapat.

"Mangerai solo hamburger?" Ae suddenly said to me as he stood by my side. (Translation in English: Will you only eat burger?)

"Alam mo yung salitang... It's none of your business?" Tanong ko. Akala ko ba tuturuan niya si Isabel, ba't siya nandito?

I got up to go back to the classroom. After one step, there was a child chasing and the other child and he was not looking at this way so he suddenly threw his lemonade at me because he collided with my tummy.

"Hala. Sorry po, Ate." The child was shocked by what happened and he also looked scared, so I smiled at him so he wouldn't be scared.

"It's okay, sweetie. Just don't run again while holding lemonade so it won't happen again." I said with a smile so he just nodded and left.

My clothes are wet. What should I do? Hays.

I was about to walk when Ae suddenly grabbed my hand and pulled me to his locker. Hindi na ko kumawala, kalahati ako ng taong 'to. Kapag lumaban ako, wala rin mangyayari, pinagod ko lang yung sarili ko.

P.E. Uniform is our uniform now so Ae opened his locker and took his extra uniform and gave it to me.

"Wear that so you don't scolded me later." Ae emotionless said so I immediately smiled ear-to-ear. Hahaha.

I smelled Ae's uniform first, "Ang bango. Amoy Italy." I said with a smile so Ae smiled slightly at me.

Okay na ba kami?

I went back to the classroom while carrying my uniform. They all surprised at me because suddenly the uniform I was wearing changed. It was overwhelming to me. It's oversized.

When I sat in my chair I had a classmate who immediately confronted me.

"Uy, Deanna. I saw that you had a lot of men with you last day. Who did you crush there? Tell me about it." Energetic na tanong sakin ng kaklase ko.

"Shut up." I said when Ricci suddenly stood up.

"Come on, Deanna." He giggled.

"Lods, I need someone to practice fighting with." Naka-ngiting sabi ni Ricci pero may angas.

I just looked at Ae who was reading a book. He's literally bipolar. Hahaha.
