Now that you know some certain rules, and the knowledge of a toon, time to bring in the lineup of people, places, and (of course) villains. Some are good, some are bad, some are just plain crazy.

(Now I have to warn you, that each group would have to have a separate page to begin with and some would have two sheets until another paragraph.) And I know that this is a lot but you need to know that we should experience every last character, creature, object, place, or location of anykind.
