Scarf the companion
His time At the Little Einstein University was lonely
because every one there was older then him, and he
did not really have any friends.
He spent most of his time working on new ideas
and projects . With all his research on human
communication and behaviour he built him self one ,
though it was not the same as the real deal .
He called it Scarf . Scarf stood for ' Smart
Companionable Advanced Robotic Friend ' .
E-Rod plugged the live less machine on his working
desk to his tablet and made some modifications to the
softwares and tested the robot for the first time .
" It lives mu ha ha ha ." ,he said as his mind left the
earth .
The robot was fully operational .
It scram ," aaaaaahg !!!.what am I .What is what ".
"Who the I ." ,it said as it tried to make sence of every
thing around it .
E-rod clicked upload and the machine called Scarf
said as it was relaxed " Haaaaaaaaa" then shut down .
Weeks later Scarf was completed . Even though Scarf
was programmed to be his friend he was used as an
assistant .
"Scarf !" , he called out from his mini lad space he had
to work on his projects and stuff .
The robot said " I'll be right there hold your horses " .
Eliza said as he looked at the time "Where have you
been Scarf I called a minute ago ".
Scarf said " I think you have to update my software
sir ".
"I have been shutting down automatically lately ".
"OK I would do that as soon as you give me the
screwdriver ." , E-Rod said this as he held the blow
touch to scraps of metal on the table " do you have it ".
"No sir I don't my internal storage is faulty because of
my memory app. I think you have to update my
softwares " .
He said to the machine as he slammed his head on
the desk in front of him, " Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! does any
thing work ".
The machine said ,"Only my speech and comedic app
sir." , he said as he was about to say a joke , " Why did
the chicken cross the road ".
E-rod said ," OK why ".
Scarf said , "To fix the chemical reactor Ha Ha Ha Ha ".
E-rod said " I have to get that fixed to ".
So he plugged the robot to his tablet and pressed
update. He put it on the table and left it to load as he
went to get the screwdriver.

The warning
He left university at the age of 10 and got his
professor degree papers and named him self
professor E-rod . He went home to his parents with
Scarf and his things . The I.I.H Awards past and Eliza
had already won his awards .
He could remember the first time they said " And the
award goes to Professor Eliza..." .
Has the presenter corrected him self ," Am sorry
Professor E-Rod ".
The audience chaired and the big
intro music played . With so much joy and happiness
he walked down the red carpet to collect his award .
The award was a heavy golden wrench and he had
fifteen of them on his desk . His father knew the filling
of winning such awards and the thirst to improve and
get more and more .
His father said to him ,"Don't let the award get to you
champ ".
He did not want his son to become a weapon inventor.
He did not want him to end up like his colleagues at
the Advanced Reanimated Robotics .
He said ," When you where younger I always showed
you the beauty in creations and the way it works " .
He said as he went to his point , "You see when God
created the Earth he made the sun to give plants food
and to represent day ...".
As E-Rod finished his sentence for him, " And the
moon for night ".
"I have heard this stories a hundred times ".
His father said ,"Listen am not finished ".
"Am about to tell you something I have never told any
one before ".
Eliza said ," not even mom ? " .
His father said " Yes not even your mother . You see ,
when I was younger about 23 or so I worked at the
Advanced Reanimated Robotics lab ".
E-Rod said surprised "wow really dad ".
His Father said "You bet I did and I did not just work
there I was one of their greatest minds ".
E-Rod said " Awesome what happened , why are you
not there any more ?." , he said trying to get more info .
"It was an average day at work and I was on my way
out then I saw a man named Dantalios Regan ".
"Regan was a strange man when a person saw the
good in a machine he always saw the bad in it ".
"A matter of fact he did not see good in any thing ".
"If a machine was built he saw the danger in it so the
company needed him to perfect their products ".
Eliza said ," wow ".
His father said ," It is not really a great gift because
Regan had a dark heart and was experimenting on an
illegal project in secret ".
"Every day he went down to the lower level of the
facility".
"It was still under construction so no one really went
there".
"So I followed him quietly until I saw something
horrific".
"In large tubes there where uncompleted bodies ".
"They where growing clones and in between the
bodies.
"I saw metal looking bones ".
"It was all connected to a super computer ".
"When I saw all this I ran like my life was on the line ".
"That same day I resigned from the lab , projects like
that are wrong and God made man not to mess with the
natural way of order... ".
E-rod said as he did not understand what the story
had to do with him , "What does that have to do with
me ?".
His father said ,"Am not saying you would end up like
Dantalios Regan, but your still young and I don't want
you to jump into engineering weapons .
"I know you meant well son ,when you made the
Anesthetic Gun".
"It is a beautiful invention and good for self defence but
think of it being used in the wrong hands ".
Professor Eliza Elvestar Rod fully understood what
his father was telling him so he simply said, "OK dad I
would cut down on the weapon factor ".
His father said " That's my boy .",and gave him a hug .
