"Huh, Laurent."
"I didn't expect to find you here," he said in a mysterious tone.
"I went to visit the Cullens but, the house is empty."
"I'm surprised they left you behind. Aren't you sort of, a pet of theirs?"
"Yea you could say that," Bella said as she tried not to make eye contact.
"Do the Cullens, visits often?"
She took a long breath,"Yea absolutely all the time."
"I'll tell them..that you stopped by."
"Probably shouldn't t-tell Edward. He's...pretty protective."
"But he's...far away isn't he?" Laurent said knowing she was lying.
"Why are you here?" Bella asked him.
"I came as a favor to Victoria."
Oriana froze in place.
{Vivi.....but, she said that. I knew it. She won't give her up, her envy will just get higher and higher until she's gone.}
"Victoria...." Bella whispered.
"She asked me to see if you were still, under the protection of the Cullens."
"Victoria feels it's only right to kill Edward's mate given he killed hers.....an eye for an eye."
"Edward'd know who did it...he'd come after you."
"I don't think he will....I mean, how much could you mean to him if he left you here unprotected?"
"Victoria won't be happy about my killing you...but I can't help myself...you are so...mouthwatering."
"Please don't, I mean...you helped us." Bella told him scared.
Laurent sped over there fast.
"Shh shh don't be afraid. I'm doing you a kindness. Victoria plans on killing you slowly....painfully. I'll make it quick...I promise. You'll feel nothing..."
"Edward I love you." She said closing her eyes.
Suddenly Wolves came out from the trees.
