wow- after around a year, I Want To Break Free has finally come to an end. i can't really believe it myself, as over these past few months, I've really enjoyed writing this story, and letting you all read my work!

i started this book in 2020 because i didn't really see much stone ocean fanfics floating around, so i wanted to try making one! unfortunately, i did lose motivation throughout writing it--however, some of you guys really helped me push myself to keep on writing. seeing that people have been enjoying my content really makes me happy, and i hope that this reader insert has made you laugh, cry, smile--whatever rollercoaster of emotions you felt during this.

now, shall i present you with some interesting fun facts about I Want To Break Free?

- Y/N's stand was originally called A Kind Of Magic, and the original ability was for Y/N to manipulate blood! In the fight against Gwess, what was originally going to happen was Y/N was to awaken her stand while in Gwess's cell.

- Out of all of the characters, I would say Y/N would have the best relationship with either Jolyne or F.F. 

- I was debating on adding Rikiel and Donatello as love interests, but decided against it since Y/N wouldn't have gotten the chance to interact with either anyways-- possible future book though, if anyone would be interested :)

- The idea of having Y/N secretly being an amnesiac kinda just popped in my head one day, and I decided to go with the flow

- Vincenzo + Summer Breeze were quite literally created in a day because I wasn't sure how I wanted to write his character

- I was debating on whether or not to kill off F.F and Weather. I was really close to letting F.F live, but again, this story did have to have its angst moments

- Y/N was technically one of Dio's followers,, but more so, she was following Pucci

- Yes, Y/N hunts dilfs

- In the Mango Tree arc, the woman who stole money from Y/N was originally going to be the stand user, but I decided that having the trio just walk into a trap would be better

- Freya, the user of Mango Tree, is still alive, but due to Anasui, Y/N and Weather ganging up on her she is still in medical care by the end of the story

- Vincenzo is dead though lol

- Gwess was kinda a love interest?? But at the same time she wasn't- 

- My favorite interactions to write were probably between Y/N and Anasui

- the chapter 'Hot Dilfs in Your Area' was originally going to have a more angsty title but due to encouragement, i kept the Hot Dilfs in Your Area as a name

- My favorite endings would either be the Bad Ending or Anasui's ending

I did recieve a comment on the secret ending-- if you would like me to write a small story about Y/N's life in Morioh while Josuke tries to heal her, I will gladly do so!
