1. Follow this account and your chosen interviewer permanently. This is so that you can get notifications from us, and your interviewer gets something for all of their hard work.

2. Add this book to your library and public reading list. This is so that you can get updates and we get some appreciation.

3. Give us a shoutout! We do check! This is so that more people can know about us!

4. Complete your interviewer's payment once they accept you. You don't need to do it before they accept you, but you have to do it when they do accept you! We'd love to have your interviewer, but we have personal lives too, so it would be great if we go something :D

5. Fill the form in the specified area in a single, neat and inline comment. Your request will be rejected if not in an inline comment. This is so that your admins don't need to stand upside-down to understand it.

6. Be polite, respectful and patient. In other words, no hate—bullying, racism, homophobia etc. etc.—because that ain't nice, and we don't tolerate it. If you disagree with something someone says, feel free to say so, but be polite, and don't attack them. Furthermore, do not attack our interviewers or be mean, rude or hateful during the interview. That's just nasty, so don't do it. If this rule is broken, that will be an immediate block and you will be put on the blacklist. Who knows? If you're rude enough, we might spread the stank to our affiliates.

7. Read all of these rules. The password is your favourite (or least favourite) vegetable. You can pick :P

8. Your interviewer has every right to refuse your request if he/she/they thinks they can't do it. That's fair, because sometimes people won't be comfortable talking about some things.

9. Be kind during your interview. We mean this. We don't allow the conversation to drift to political or religious matters, but we do allow a bit of chitter-chatter about mental health and the LGBTQ+ as long as it does not get very deep, and the interviewer is fine with that. On the other side, if you don't feel comfortable with anything, let us and the interviewer know, and we'll not broach that! :D
