"It all looks so romantic till someone has to call 9-1-1. I heard dispatch gets a lot of calls from these things." Buck said as they looked up at the hot air balloon in the air, it had a little girl in it all alone. Eddie looked at him weird

"Maddie tell you that?" He asked

"Uh, no. Someone else." Buck said  awkwardly before they got out of the truck

"Oh, my God. Please, please help." A mother ran up to them quickly, obviously panicked for her daughter

"How old is your daughter, ma'am?" Bobby asked the girl

"She's 10."

"She have a phone with her?" Bobby continued

"No. I thought she was too young." She shook her head as she teared up

"Look, there's a radio up in the basket." A man walked to them now "That's how Nick and I communicate. Mine's in the truck"

"Okay, go get it." Bobby nodded at him

"Sir, try not to move. You got blunt force head injury." Chim told the man who had hit his head on the rock

"He's in and out of consciousness." Hen stated as she examined him "Pupils are equal and reactive. Let's get him on a backboard to transport."

"The girl." He breathed out

"We are working on that right now." Bobby nodded at him

"Cap, they issued a wind advisory for this area, possible 40 mile an hour gusts." Buck said as he read off his phone before he looked up at Bobby worried

"Those ropes don't look like they reach more than 30 feet." Eddie looked up at it his squinting his eyes ever so slightly

"She needs to get lower." Y/n added although it was obvious

"You know how to land one of these?" Bobby looked at the other worker an idea popping into his head

"Yeah." He nodded quickly

"Good." Bobby nodded back "I need you to teach her."

They were now in the ambulance, the mom and worker with them as they changed after the balloon

"Okay, we should be in range. Give 'er a try." Bobby told the mom

"Sophie, can you hear me?" The mom said through radio "Please answer. Can you hear me?"

"Mom?" The girl spoke "Where are you?"

"Baby, I'm right behind you. We're in a fire truck and we're following you." She tried to calm her daughter

"It won't stop. It's flying faster."

"Tell her about the ropes." The worker told gim

"Baby, there are ropes above you." She continued "You can use them to steer. Do you see them?"

"I see them, but I can't-" she sounded terrified

"Sophie." The mom urged

"I can't."

"Baby, you have to." She continued

"I'm scared."

"I know. I'm scared too." She nodded although she couldn't see her

"Yeah, but you're a grownup. I'm a kid in a stupid hot air balloon."

"I know you feel powerless, but you're not. You have all the power right now. So use it." The mom said before the guy next to her took the radio
