The 118 we're all suited up in hazmat gear as they walked to the garage of a house, a boy stood at the top of the driveway signalling them over before he began to pass out. Bobby caught him and looked up at his team "Whoa! Okay. Guys, I've got this one. You check on the others."
"LAFD. We're here to help." Eddie said as they walked up to the girls who were stood around instruments as blood was staining their faces, they began to check up on the group
"Was feeling pretty good before this" one of them looked at the group
"Not seeing any sign of a fever." Eddie looked over
"What is this? Ebola?" Buck spoke up
"Heart rate's elevated. Blood pressure is slightly decreased." Chim told them
"BP's good here." Hen spoke
this time
"Copy that."
"LAFD. You're okay." Bobby told the kid as he sat him up "Try to sit up take it easy. You all right?"
"A little freaked out."
"Have any of you traveled recently?" Hen looked at them all "Maybe in the last 14 days?"
"No, we've just been here, jamming." One of them did the follow the finger in front of her own eyes
"Mother Plague." Y/n looked at the drum that had what she assumed was the logo on it "looks Like you're really leaning into your band name."
"Guys, check to see if there's any chemicals lying around." Chim told them "Maybe they got exposed to something."
"I see something I'd like to get exposed to." The girl Eddie was attending to looked at him making him then to look at y/n who searched the garage
"What are you talking about? He's wearing a space suit." The kid then shook his head "Oh, my God. They're still high."
"Narc!" One of them looked back at him
"Okay, ladies, what did you take?" Bobby calmly asked
"They were smoking it. I smelled it when I was here before."
"Is that a crime, officer?" One of the girls chuckled looking at bobby
"Looks like they were smoking
something... " y/n picked it up looking at it confused "pink."
"Puffer's Paradise." Hen and chim said at the same time
"You buy from them too."
"No, but we've been treating quite a few of their customers." Hen nodded
"Is that a dispensary?" Buck asked
"Yeah, online." Chim sighed "They got pretty popular during the March shutdown."
"What they don't tell their customers is, their weed is synthetic and laced with superwarfarin."
"Rat poison" y/n connected the dots with a nod
"Prolongs the high." Chim nodded
"Okay, let's push fluids to support their blood pressures." Hen ordered "They'll need. parenteral vitamin K and fresh-frozen plasma ASAP."
"Are you the only ones using it? We need to know if you gave some to anyone else." Bobby asked the groul
"I have some to Kate down the block for her anxiety." One of them pointed "Oh, and Mr. Carpenter for his bad back. Oh, and the nice lady on the corner for her arthritis.
"Eddie, Buck, start knocking on doors. See if any of the neighbors are experiencing symptoms." Bobby ordered, Eddie stood up to leave and the girl he was working on slapped his Butt
"Let's hope they're not as friendly." Eddie shared a look with y/n who tried not to laugh at the look on his face, normally she would be somewhat judgy towards the girl but this was absolutely hilarious
"Oh, and Mr. Donovan across the street." They continued
"There goes the neighborhood." Buck shook his head as he walked past the rest of them

"we really need to keep some boundaries I don't think that's too much to ask for." Buck said as he walked down the sidewalk with y/n and eddie
"It's not like Veronica knew that she lived next door to you when you guys went out" Eddie shrugged as they searched for sonny
"We don't know that she didn't" buck pointed to him "You know, my therapist says everyone needs a safe space, a place where you can fully be yourself. My apartment was that place. Yesterday,
Albert had to distract her for 20 minutes while I got my mail. I just don't wanna live like this. Always looking over my shoulder"
"I think he's behind us." Y/n gulped hearing a bush move behind them, they turned around to see a turkey walking onto the sidewalk
"Hey, Sonny." Eddie slowly grabbed the net gun as y/n moved behind the two not wanting to be anywhere near the turkey
"Ready for this?" Buck asked as he pulled out the food throwing it as Eddie then pulled the net on the turkey catching it, it was then loaded into the back of the animal control van
"Seemed so harmless, feeding him. He was like the neighborhood pet." A man said sighing
"You know, I don't think I even know my neighbors." Chim shook his head
"You will, very soon." Bobby patted his shoulder
"New baby, little apartment..." Eddie added
"Thin walls." Y/n chuckled at the horror on child face
"Never let them get too close."
"Exactly." Hen and buck stated at the same time before sharing a look

Y/n layed on the floor of the living room for no particular reason just that the floor seemed the most comfortable right now. Her back popped as her chest hit the floor and her arms layed criss cross under her head as she layed it down on them. It was quiet, Christopher was asleep and the volume of the TV was turned down pretty low.
For now she had the room to herself seeing as Eddie was in the shower, the water had shut off about five minutes into her doing this but she was too focused on how comfortable she was to realize it. That was until she felt someone lay down next to her. Her gaze looked up from the floor in front of her to see eddie smiling back at her him laying on his back, he let out a sigh before he spoke
"My back is absolutely killing me after lifting the car off that man" he mentioned a call from earlier as he flipped to lay on his stomach
"I bet" she smiled back before sitting up and straddling his back "too bad I missed it I bet you looked super hot doing it"
"The hottest" he smiled as she began to massage his back
"Someone's a little overconfident are we" she chuckled as she continued to massage him, after a few minutes she went to get up but Eddie flipped himself around and she now rested back how she was earlier except this time she straddled his waist "what are you doing Diaz"
"What do you want to do Carter" he smiled up at her
"I can think of something" she smiled before she leaned down and kissed him as his hands rested on her hips
