You swing throughout the city, and cannot find a trace of Ruby anywhere.
Spidey: Where are you, Ruby? I can't seem to get a grasp on her location.
Though you still push through to find her, she had to be somewhere in the least.
Spidey: Now where could she be?
As soon as you head swing by Liberty Island, you notice Ruby was sitting near the foot of the statue.
Spidey: RUBY!!!
You swing down to her, and call out to her again! She finally manages to notice you, and you begin to talk to her.
Spidey: You okay Ruby?
Ruby: Who are you calling Ruby? That's not me.
Spidey: Huh?
You shake your head and scratch the top of it too.
Spidey: What kind of prank is this? This isn't really a funny joke Rubes.
Ruby?: I'm not Ruby! I'm a ninja who is borrowing her body!
Spidey: Okay, where is the real you?
Ruby?: Far away, I can direct you to it, once we deal with that freaky Hand assassin!
Spidey: Where is he?
Ruby?: Down below the island.
Spidey: Right! Well, I say we get going- Wait, what's your real name?
Ruby?: Well, it's Ino. Ino Yamanaka, I can't say for sure how I look like, but I know that you're going to like it!
Spidey: Okay then! Let's go Ino!

Deep beneath Liberty Island, Hidan was getting to work with some of the victims that he had captured, though he was very pissed about not having Ruby anymore.
Hidan: If I didn't know any better, I'd say that my new victim was being controlled by someone else! That's the only other reason as to why she is gone so quickly!
You then do a bunch of reinforced kicks to the door, and well, you slam right in, and nearly fall down the stairs as a result.
Spidey: I'm okay!! Alright, you sick freak! Where are your Hand pals?
Hidan: Like hell, I'd tell you! Wait! HEY, YOU'RE THE GUY THAT THAT CORPSE GUY WANTS!! Alright, you're going to die! Prepare yourself! Lord Jashin is going to take you on a painful journey to the afterlife!
Spidey: Huh?
Ino: Yeah, I really don't see what that's gotta do with all of this-
Hidan: DON'T FUCKING QUESTION IT!!!!
He begins to attack, and your Spider-Sense immediately warns you about the attacks!
Spidey: So, you need to taste my blood right?
Hidan: WHAT?! How do you know about that?
Spidey: Oh Ino already informed me about it! Alright, let's dance!
You get our your mechanical arms, and well they begin to block Hidan's scythe, and you web him in the eyes!
Hidan: AGH! WHY YOU LITTLE-
Spidey: Okay, Ino, do you have anything?
Ino takes out a kunai knife!
Ino: I got this!
She rushes at Hidan at top speed.
Spidey: MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T DAMAGE RUBY'S BODY! Remember it's hers, not yours!
Ino: Yeah, yeah.
She blocks his attacks, and she nearly gets cut!
Spidey: Man, he's going to be a though one! Well, looks like there's only one thing left to do! I know it won't kill him, but it's the best thing that I can think of!
You use a pipe and swing it at his head!! It comes right off!
Spidey: AAAAAAAH!
Hidan's head: HEY!! WHAT DID YOU?! OH NO!! MY HEAD!!! YOU SON OF A BITCH!! HOW COULD YOU!! I'M GOING T-
His body collapses right there.
Hidan: I'm still alive! Lord Jashin made me immortal!
Spidey: Well, there's only one thing that can stop you from hurting people.
You put his head in a glass box.
Spidey: Alright, I'm sure you will make a fine collection to the SHIELD Prison! Or maybe even at Ryker's Island.
Ino: Great job!
Hidan: THIS ISN'T OVER!! WE WILL HAVE OUR REVENGE!!!

Ino leaves Ruby's body!
Ruby: Huh? What happened? SPIDEY!!
She hugs you and then lifts your mask a bit to kiss you!
Spidey: It's alright Ruby, you're alright.
Ruby: Say, what happened w-
???: Well, great job hero!
