"Is this ever going to end?"

Chaewon asked herself as she keeps doing the same thing over and over again for the past 30 minutes she's been inside her mother's very own restaurant,

She doesn't know exactly why but she ended up doing the piled up dishes in the sink and now,

She's regretting even stepping a foot closer to it as she seems like she's going to be stuck here for a while scrubbing, rinsing, drying and stacking the endless and endless stacks of plates coming in,

She can even clearly remember the moment she came in earlier, how quiet and empty it was because they just opened it with her own set of keys with the help of the other staff she's with.

She thinks that she's actually dumb enough to bite her father's words to take a leave today to visit this branch of their franchise,

She could've just sat in front of her computer back at work and even got some money added on her paycheck so she could use that to either buy something or pay her bills,

I mean did her father really set this day to be very chaotic for Chaewon here?

Like the manager of this branch isn't even here yet, lunch is like 10 minutes away and this place is known to have tons of people at lunch and at night.

Whistling to distract herself from counting the spoons she keeps on grabbing from the botton of the sink to the drying rack beside of her,

Chaewon kept blowing on her face to hopefully remove the singular strand of her that's been bothering her ever since Martin came in with what she remembers was the 4th batch of plates he gave her,

Her nose is also starting to itch already so she's fighting with herself to either stop washing for a while or just endure it so she could be done here already,

Her only goal as she was going here was to supervise for a while before going home and staying there for the rest of the night all by herself or until some of her friends come since she is used to having them as company,

Yet look at her now, isn't things wonderful.

"Ms. Kim?"

Hearing her name getting called quickly turned on her instincts as she masked her irritated face with a very noticeable fake smile,

She faced to her side to see one of the newer staff she remembers getting introduced to earlier standing by the door to their kitchen,

Her hands holding an empty tray by her stomach with her looks giving her a bothered aura since she keeps fiddling with her fingers with her eyes not even having the ability to look right at Chaewon though she was the one who called her.

"What is it?"

Drying her hands on her apron as she took it off as she was walking towards the silenced girl,

Chaewon swept her loose hairs off her face as she finally saw a glimpse of the girls' name tag so she could at least use her name when talking to her unlike an uneducated person calling someone by something that's not even close to their name.

"A customer's being rude outside"

"To who? To you?"

"Nae, to Martin too"

Soohyung said as she looked up to Chaewon to see her patiently standing in front of her with her attention all stuck to her as Chaewon brought one of her eyebrows up looking for information on what's happening right outside.

"He's the one talking to her right now"

"How did all of this start again?"

Fixing her sleeve as she nodded at her to start walking already,
