THE SOUND OF HEAVY BREATHING WAS EVIDENT, wafting and mixing along with the atmosphere that curtained the surrounding each time his mouth agape open. He was perceived desperately gasping for air to freshen up his weary lungs, as it seems that he had forgotten how to breathe suitably. Cold string beads of perspiration soared out of his pores that were continually infiltrated by wintry air; sweat dampened the fabric that adorned his exhausted physique.
Huff.
The battering of his caged heart as he inferred was twice as fast as normal, pumping tremendous blood than usual, and what is necessary for his body to function typically. The heat he had accumulated under his skin from constantly running, seeking to evade the sight of the nefarious fiend who had been pursuing him for what seemed like an eternity, swelled to the steady flow of his blood, torching the lining of his veins that extends throughout his entire system, with utter terror and fright.
Thud.
The mysterious man plunged first with his face to the roughed surface, oblivious to the hump arbitrarily tinkered on the ground of the tenebrous alleyway. His jaw portrayed a nasty scrape, as particles of dust lingering entered his nostrils when he unknowingly inhales; adhering to his eyes, prompting him to fasten his eyelids tight.
