my breath was hitched as i ran through the airport
eyes staring at me—
whispers echoing throughout my ears—
it was horrible
but i still ran

eventually i ended up seeing wilbur standing at the entrance
i embraced him into the biggest hug ever
"wilbur!" i screamed

"dream my man! look at you! your hair has grown and you're actually a bit taller!—"

"where is he?!"

"look— you might get upset with me— but i kinda lied a bit to get you here"

"what?"
i said confused
"what do you mean?"

"george isn't in the hospital—
he's— "

"wilbur! why would you lie to me! you know what happened with sapnap! "

"i know man i'm sorry—
this is honestly giving me deja vu—"

"where is george?!"

"he's—"

right as wilbur was about to finish his sentence i heard a familiar voice coming from behind him
"Dream?!"
i looked behind and saw george running at full speed towards me

"George!!"
i began to cry out as i dropped all my bags and ran to my love
"George!" i cried out again

"Dream!" he screams back to me

until ultimately we embraced with force, i could feel his hand at the back of my head and his arm wrapped tightly around me
the both of us crying and smiling as wilbur and philza both came up to us
i let go for a bit as he caressed my cheek and gave me a kiss
"My love— you're really here! " i sobbed

"of course i'm here— i'm so sorry i didn't call "

"who cares!" i yelled as i embraced him once more
feeling his lips against my temple as his warmth slowly collided with mine

" dream? how's sapnap?" he asks quietly

i pulled away from our embrace and smiled at him, i opened up my sweater and he lightly placed his head against my chest
feeling our beating heart as it small "badumps" practically brought tears to our eyes

"he's still here" i said softly as georges tears ran down his cheeks along with me

"it's good to see you my boy"
said philza
"i'm sorry i had to separate you two"

"it's okay mr. philza, it was for your safety and georges" i responded as i embraced george in another big hug

" now then, how about some dinner? "
said philza as both me and george looked at eachother— our hands clasped together as he lightly bunted our heads together

" yes" we both replied

as the sun set beyond the horizon— i sighed and laid my head against georges shoulder
"you alright love?"
he says as he grabs my hand and rests his head onto mine, the both of us staring from the very spot where george first brought me when we met
"no nothing.. i just wish sapnap could've seen this view with us"

i felt george chuckle and place his hand onto my chest
" he has now— he'll always be here with us— thanks to you dream"
i'd be lying if i didn't begin to cry

i missed my childhood friend—
i missed my brother—
i miss him everyday
but i know that he'll always be with me

and if it weren't for him— i wouldn't have ever even met george
or any of my good friends that i still talk to
"sapnap was really something huh" i smiled

george sighed and continued to press his hand onto my chest lightly
" yeah.. he was something special"

i looked up at george and smiled at him before giving him a gentle kiss on his lips
" i love you forever"

my love smiles back at me and gives me a great big hug and rocks me side to side while the stars began to twinkle under that beautiful london night sky
"who would've known all this would happen—
all because of the scholarship he told you to get"
he smiles as i felt a small tear fall onto my hand

" i'll love you forever more—
both you and your brother—
i promise"

i smiled
" yeah, i know"
