Red String (A MHA story)

Problem Child...?

Heyo~ So this might be the last update for this series until winter break which will be in December. Just an FYI! Now into the strory...





(BTW it's still the same day Deku left school in the previous chapter but it will start a few minutes before Deku actually left the school)

No One's POV
Rosaline was walking out of her office talking to herself
"This is so weird... I need to speak to Mr. Aizawa, although this does break a few rules of the strings but it should be fine right??"
Rosaline now is intensively thinking about what she should do with the information she has created or formed

Rosaline was so lost in thought she didn't realize the accident she was about to bump into...

In the opposite direction of Rosaline was a small greenette boy trying to hold himself together a little longer, little did he know he was about to run into someone he desperately didn't want to see ever again

In the tiny hallway that was once filled with no noise, now echoed the noise of two people bumping into each other and a crashing of books and papers

"Ah, excuse me. I wasn't paying attention" - Rosaline
"I-it's fine, I was in a rush so neither was I" - Izuku
"Oh, Midoriya! It's good to see you again" - Rosaline
"Mhm..." Izuku responded realizing who he just bumped into now regretting the fact he wasn't paying attention
'Great, now I have to deal with this whole seeker soulmate thing again' Izuku thought as he helped Rosaline pick up the stuff she drooped
"Thank you Midoriya, also would you like to" Rosaline started to say until Izuku cut her off
"Sorry, I'm in a bit of a hurry. Bye!" Izuku stated as he quickly walked away and headed to a certain persons office.

"Hmm... so it really is him? *Sigh* Guess I really need to get involved then, after all it is my job as a Seeker" Rosaline said to herself as she as well headed to a certain persons office

Deku's POV
Okay, Midoriya. You can do this. Nezu is understanding, just keep your emotions together and make it quick, as easy as 1, 2, 3.
'knock, knock'

"Come in!"
I slowly walked into, hoping nobody else was inside, Principal Nezu's office
"Good afternoon Principal Nezu" I said giving his a small smile
"Ah, Midoriya! Good evening, what do you need?"
"Um... I was wondering, if it would be okay for me to take a break from school today. I-I'm kinda not feeling good" I tried asking Nezu without letting my emotions get the best of me
"Hmm, well it's probably best if we get your parents' permission first otherwise I wouldn't see why not. I'll call you.." Nezu started to say which freaked me out since I didn't want dad or pa to know about what was going on
"A-actually something's going on a-and I don't want to t-tell them y-yet" I said as my voice began to break since I've been trying to keep calm since lunch which was almost half an hour ago
"Oh... well I guess I can say I sent you out as a hero thing for an excuse. Would that be okay?" I heard Nezu say which brought a small genuine smile to my face
"Y-yes that would be nice" I said as I wiped a stray tear off my face
"Go get some rest Midoriya, I hope things will get better" I heard Nezu say as I left his office giving him a small thankyou and a goodbye. I didn't know where to go since I didn't want to stay in the dorms. Maybe I can chill at the skatepark for some fresh air. Yeah, maybe, I thought walking off the school grounds.

Rosaline's POV
After running into Midoriya, I decided to pay a visit to Mr. Aizawa's class to have a discussion with him about some unfortunate news I've put together. I reached his classroom to find Iida in charge but no Mr. Aizawa. The students said he was going to look for Midoriya, so I decided to wait in the classroom.

*Time skip to 30 mins later*

Ugh. Where is he? I guess I can talk to him tomorrow.

As I started for the door, it was opened.

"Oh, Ms. Rosaline. What are you doing here?" - Aizawa
"Ah, I was looking for you, there's something we need to talk about... in private" I said giving him a look of urgency
"Oh okay. Let me talk to my students real fast, then we can talk." He responded so I decided to wait outside the classroom.

*Ten minutes later*

"Bye Miss!" "Have a good rest of your day Ms. Rosaline" I heard come from the students as they walked out of the classroom, after they all left, I walked in.

A – Aizawa
R – Rosaline

"So what is it that you needed to speak to me about?" - A
"Well... I think there's something wrong about Midoriya's string" - R
"W-what? What do you mean wrong?!" - A
"I'm not supposed to tell you this but as a Seeker I can normally see the strings of people even without their consent, of course they must be of age" - R
"Okay? And what does this have to do with my son? Without his consent I can't know what color it is so..."
"That's the thing... he doesn’t have one?" - R
"But that's impossible!!" - A
"Well obviously not since it's happening!" - R
"Well maybe your wrong after all his birthday was only today so maybe it hasn't fully been uncovered yet or something?" - A
"Yeah that's may be the thing, I can't see any string on him so it could be the timing and stuff but usually I should be able to see something, anything, the smallest portion off a string" - R
"I just kind of assumed he didn't have on but I could be wrong" - R
"Maybe we can talk to him, he's my son so he should understand, right?" - A
"Yeah but we can't force him if he still isn't ready but it wouldn't be bad to see him again today, just for clarification" - R
"Okay, we can check the dorms. He should be there right now or outside waiting to go home." - A
"Alright let's go!" - R

Just a Clarification. I know one of the rules is that a person can't be force to see the Seeker but in this situation, Rosaline isn't making the string public so it doesn't break the rule. Also, if the Seeker or other people break any of these rules, they can fall into a pit of despair which is extremely hard to come out of, depending on the rule that was broken depends on what steps need to be taken, willingly of course.

No One's POV
Rosaline and Aizawa then left the classroom on their way towards Class 1-A's dorms.

Once they reached the dorms, Aizawa went inside to call down Midoriya but to his surprise, he was not there. They then decided to head to Aizawa's car in hopes of finding Midoriya.

"Mic!" Aizawa shouted as he neared his car
"Shouta? Rosaline? What are you both doing here?" Mic questioned while the two stopped in front of the car
"Sorry for the intrusion, but have you seen Midoriya?"
"Izuku? I thought he was with you Shouta" Mic responded, worry stating to erupt
"No, I haven't seen him since before lunch" Aizawa responded stating to get worried
"Have you tried calling him?" Shinso said as he appeared from behind Aizawa and Rosaline
"Ah Hitoshi, have you seen your brother?" Mic asked
Shinso looked down and responded " N-no, last time I seen him was during lunch and we got into a small argument. He might be at the skate park or he left and went home by now."
"Ah, well. I looks like I will need to wait till tomorrow. Have a good day all of you!" Rosaline spoke knowing she wasn't going to see Midoriya anytime soon
"Bye Ms. Rosaline" The three said and they got into their car and drove home, hoping to find a small greenette boy waiting for them





















To their dismay....




















No one was home. This brought about a panic, but a certain boy's phone was left at home that day.

Like I said in the beginning of this chapter, I probably won't post again this winter break, I can try posting during Thanks Giving Break but not sure if I would finish a whole chapter during that time.
