-Y/N POV-

^You had finally gotten back to the kindom after a long expedition you had been on for almost a whole week, you knew that once you got back to your house you would make yourself some dinner, eat, then go to bed as early as possible. But on your way back, you bump into another cookie (literally) ,which was suprising since it was quite late out, probably somewhere around 10:45.

-Mint Choco POV-

*I had finally finished up my latest concert, which lasted longer than expected, it was already quite late out when I got out of the Theater. On my way back home, I wasn't really paying much attention, I was thinking about one thing... I couldn't figure out what it was, I had felt like I was missing something...that something important was happening today, but I shrugged it off, but a moment later, I crashed into a cookie, and that was when I remembered that today was the day... the day that Y/N would return from their week long expedition! How could I forget... Y/N, my childhood best friend, we have known eachother for a very long time, and yet here I was-forgetting that my best friend had been coming back from and expedition, that felt like had been going on forever, he had waited for them.... but the very morning they would return, I had...forgotten...

"Oh, Y/N! Im glad that your back!" I said while helping them get up off the ground*

^They only responded with a slight nod, but moments later, they were suddenly hugging me as tight as they could. This made me blush a bit, actually, not a bit.. I could bet that my face was redder than a tomato, I ended up covering my face with my hands just slightly, but that was when I thought:

'Had I fallen in love with them?...'

'Yes...I did, I had fallen deeply in love, with my childhood bestfriend...'
