Lisa's POV

The sun was slowly peaking as I let myself settle in the comfort of the silence that this morning brings.

Last night was indeed a moment to remember and its been so long since I last saw their silly faces and antiques.

But today, at this very moment I felt calm, like something came back from my younger years. The energy and fun that was all taken away from me when I started to become the adult everyone wanted me to be. I guess I let the fun loving Lisa die inside of me, consciously beating myself up with work and trying so hard to be responsible of the things I wish I did not get myself into.

But today, after the longest time. I felt at ease by myself.

"Morning" I heard a familiar voice from behind.

"Good morning" I smiled looking up at her.

I suddenly realized a lot has indeed changed.

"Your up early?" She sat beside me crossing her legs and breathing in the ocean breeze that's been sending me the right kind of chills

"I couldn't sleep actually" I laughed and remembered what happened last night.

"Same" and we both looked behind us letting out a laugh while shaking our head.

Everyone, maybe except for the two of us got literally wasted, We drank all the booze that we bought and could find in this island like water. We went back to our early 20's no backpains, no heavy responsibilities and just pure party till dawn.

"Look at Rose sleeping next to the barbecue grill" She laughed pointing at our blonde friend who is literally cuddling the barbecue bowl

"She smelled more like barbecue than alcohol to be honest" I laughed remembering how she ran away from us last night because Jungkook was just trying to ask for a piece of meat.

"They literally slept where ever they felt like it" I continued as I look at my friends, scattered in the white sands, face down sleeping soundly and not minding the world around them. We all deserve this kind of rest.

"Now tell me where am I going to sleep?" She chuckled and I nodded my head in agreement.

"RM's tent is empty" I said trying to look for him only to find the dude covered with sand.

"is he still breathing?" You ask laughing and I can't help but smile. I still love hearing your laugh.

"Jisoo and Dahyun buried him last night, he was the first to surrender" I laughed looking back at the vast body of water in front of us.

"You drank a lot last night too but look at you" She poked me wiggling her eyebrows.

"Strong" I flexed my biceps and she just swatted it while saying "Your alcohol tolerance is for a pre schooler"

"Well who's talking" I acted as if I was offended and she just rolled her eyes.

"You were a pussy last night, two bottles of beer? REALLY?" I joked and huffed at her

"Plus three shots of whatever Jisoo and Seulgi made last night" She said in a matter of fact kind of way.

"Pfft, still a pussy" I laughed and she swatted me again as we heard the waves starts to become bigger and louder. The kind where it is exciting and relaxing at the same time.

"How are you?" I said after a moment of silence.

"I'm okay" She nodded her head not looking at me. "How about you?"

"Same same" I said as I divert back my gaze at the waves going back and forth, pushing ang pulling but never staying.

"It's nice seeing you again and talking to you like this" I heard her say and I smiled.
