|A week later|

Today your friend Nora greengrass and regulus came to your dorm as you were taking a nap, well trying to you hadn't fallen asleep yet

"Y/n we need to talk." Regulus says and you look confused as you sit up

"What's up?" You ask and Nora sits down beside you

"Ok you know your not safe right?" Nora says and you nod

"Yeah?" You say and Regulus and Nora should have rehearsed this

"Ok well my parents would kill you as soon as they hear you with me and you're a half-blood." Regulus says and you nod

"Ok? What's going on?" You ask and regulus kisses your cheek

"I talked to Nora and she wants you to pretend to be a distant cousin of hers, so we can date without problems or me worrying your gonna die." Regulus says and you were shocked "If you ever meet my parents your y/n a distant cousin of the Greengrass family." Regulus says as Nora handed you a copy of her family crest ring

"And here's to convince them even more, my parents don't even know their own family tree so it'll be easy to convince them," Nora says and you nod

"Look I don't want you to die so I came up with this plan before we started dating but I was even planning to just use it since your the only friend I care about," Regulus says and you smile at him

"No need to act so cold reg Nora isn't gonna laugh at you." You say and Regulus doesn't say anything just skips what you said and changed the subject

"So you understand right? This is to protect you you have to pretend to be a pureblood so you don't die, maybe one day in the future you won't have to pretend anymore, but for now please just pretend." Regulus says and his eyes looked worried and you nod

"I understand, it's better than Sirius's stupid plan he had." You say and Regulus smirks

"That'd because I'm smarter than my brother." Regulus says and you nod and once Nora left regulus kissed you

He doesn't like showing affection around others, he thinks that's private no one needs to see you both kissing

"I hope you know all I wanna do is protect you right," Regulus says and you nod

"I know." You say and Regulus nods

'All I have to do is convince my parents she's not a half-blood, and I hate how I have to do this but it's the only way to keep her safe, she'd be killed otherwise.'
