You wake up next to Regulus who was holding you close to him like normal, you smile as you wrap your arms around him

When you were 18 and Regulus was 17 his dad died in his sleep making him the head of his family, Regulus was thrown into so much

Now he's 18 and your 19 and you both are getting married soon

Which it's all the paper can talk about really

They first tried to say Regulus and Nora were getting married, but Nora was already engaged to someone else and Regulus was always seen around you at parties, so that failed

Walburga has been trying to get Regulus to get you pregnant already, he just does a silencing spell then you both just do nothing for like 2 hours. Regulus doesn't wanna do that until your ready so he pretends he's having sex with you when you both are just reading

She forces him to do a lot, even if he's the head of his family now she bosses him to do stuff

You tired once to step in and help Regulus but walburga almost hit you once, but Regulus stepped in the way getting slapped for you

You sit up but get pulled back onto the bed "You can't sleep forever, you have stuff to do and I have wedding stuff to do." You say and Regulus sighs annoyed as he sits up and kisses you and you kiss him back

"Well what if I say I don't wanna do those things and decide we get to cuddle all day." Regulus says and you laugh

"Then your mother murders us both." You say and Regulus sighs as he snuggles closer to you when he heard talking downstairs

"Guess were forced to get up now, people are over." Regulus says and you nod and get up and then get dressed, and when you moved in walburga burned all your clothes, and then she gave you new more acceptable clothes that you should be wearing, because if your marrying his son you have to be perfect, well walburgas standards of perfect

Regulus didn't like them on you, he secretly bought you more comfy clothes to wear in the bedroom only so his mom doesn't find out

Once you and Regulus were dressed you both walk downstairs, to see some random woman you've never seen

Regulus seemed annoyed and immediately held your hand as he held you closer to him

"Mother what's going on?" Regulus asks as you yawn still a bit sleepy

"Oh you remember Daphne Parkinson right?" My mother asks and I nod yeah I was forced to date her, of course I know who she is. She was the girl who was obsessed with me which was the reason I broke up with her, I didn't like how obsessed she was

"Of course, hello daphne have you met my fiancée yet? Y/n l/n she's Nora greengrass's cousin." Regulus says and Daphne nods

"Oh I haven't met her." Daphne says looking you up and down and smirking then. Basically thinking your nothing compared to her

"Well now you have, but may I ask what your doing here?" Regulus asks and walburga immediately started talking

"She's invited us to a party her parents are throwing next week." Walburga says and you and Regulus nod

"We don't have anything planned that week, besides making sure mine and y/ns wedding is done." Regulus says and Daphne nods as she frowned at wedding 'I really don't wanna go, but my mom is gonna force me so I can't escape it and I have to go.'
