Regulus sent a rather annoyed letter to his parents

Basically saying I love y/n but that is a little too fast for us

He got a letter back saying everything is final

Regulus seemed annoyed as he paced around his room with you on his bed watching him

"They can't do that, they can't I don't think they can right?" Regulus says as you pull him onto his bed and he looked shocked

"Calm down, if we have to then we will just do what they want reg, now calm down ok." You say and he sighs as he now quickly thinks of if there's a way out of this

But he couldn't think of anything

His parents know if they push it he won't say no, your parents will cave in to protect you

Like they did, your parents immediately caved in and sent the letter back saying we understand

Regulus curled up and laid his head on your lap, you play with his hair as he sighs

"I am glad that if I'm put into technical an arranged marriage it's at least with you." Regulus says and you smile and lean downs and kiss him

"It's only because they think I'm related to the green grasses." You say and Regulus nods

"Yes and my mom just wants me to marry into a pureblood family, because Sirius is disowned they need to make sure grandchildren happen, so I have to get married and give them a heir as soon as I turn 18." Regulus says sounding annoyed, like this is all Sirius's fault or something

"You can't blame Sirius for everything, like you stubbed your toe yesterday and said this is all Sirius's fault." You say and Regulus looked shocked

"It's not? But Sirius is usually the root of all my problems." Regulus says and you sigh "What? He is." Regulus says and you kiss his cheek

'I get he's upset Sirius left right as they were fixing their relationship, but if he really wanted to I bet he could just talk to Sirius about this, but I doubt he'll do that.'
