Over the past month Regulus's mom has been getting more and more sick she's now so sick she can't even leave the bed

Healers can't find out what's wrong but you saw regulus out something in her tea and you know he's poisoning his mom

Healers think she has something else and not what the poison is causing

So regulus won't even get caught that he's poisoning her

And regulus has been playing the distraught son who doesn't wanna lose his mom

When he's in yours and his bedroom he really could care less about his mom

"Regulus." You say as he was asleep on his desk

"Huh?" He says and then he opens his eyes and smiles at you "Yeah? Hi beautiful what can I help you with?" He asks and you sigh

"Your doing it because of me." You say and regulus sits up

"Yes she needs out of our life so I'm just speeding it up." Regulus says and you nod as regulus sits you down on his lap "I'm sorry I fell asleep here, running the black family is hard and tiring especially at my age when I'm so young." Regulus says and you nod

"It'll get easier one day especially when this war is over." You say and regulus nods

"I hope so." Regulus says rubbing his hand over where the baby is as he smiles 'I can't wait to be a dad all I want is to raise my child better then how my parents raised me.' Regulus thinks as you just hold him against your chest as you rock him

He was so stressed and you wish you could help him more

"Even after she's dead no one will know your actually a half blood." Regulus says sleepily and you nod as you kiss his cheek

"I know and it's ok reg just rest now you need it." You say and regulus nods as he closes his eyes finally 'I knew when I married regulus my life would be drastically different and I agreed to it all when I married him.'
