Personally, I like it since it gives Esdeath the chance to actually be with someone who wants to be with her.

*Cough* Tatsumi *Cough*

Also it gives more depth to Crimson since he has known Esdeath for a long time.

Also since the two care for each other.

And it makes Crimson a character with more depth and he's not the average "harem protagonist's best friend who gets no girls" character.

Also. It gives him more time to shine

Another thing. I want you guys to guess the two characters past. How do they know each other so well? What was their history together?

Esdeath won't be as crazy as she was in the anime and the manga for AGK

She'll still be a powerful as she was in AGK.

Her backstory will be the same too.

She'll focus less on torturing others and more on her relationship with Crimson.

Oh, and Esdeath will be a Fallen Angel in this story. Just so you know.

Cause if you ask me.

Esdeath would be better off if she wasn't a sadistic person and more of a general who wants romance in her life.
