Riley's POV

I don't know how I ended up in James' arms last night but I can't help but not complain about it, it's been a while since we have spent the night like that and I don't think I want that to change now. I liked being able to fall asleep in his arms. It's the first place and the last place that I feel safe, I don't want anyone else
James started to stir and I couldn't help but smile as I made breakfast. It was his favourite of course
"Pancakes" James mumbled before sitting up on the sofa looking at me making me burst out laughing
"Are you making pancakes" He asked rising to his feet
"Even better, I'm making chocolate chip pancakes" I said making him widen his eyes and rush over
"I could get used to this" He winked making me roll my eyes as I dished up the last pancakes
It wasn't long before James and I had devoured the stack I had made
"So about last night" I said making James laugh
"You girls were wasted" He laughed and I chuckled, I know I was wasted but I remember exactly what both of us said
"mmm I had a question?" James said taking a sip of his coffe, I looked at him with a look to continue
"well actually two, first one is who is Daxton and Darren?" he said making me widen my eyes
"What?" I asked
"you heard me Riley, you told unofficially mentioned it last night" he replied and I placed my head in my hands
"They are someone Michelle hooked up with in College. She thought she was meeting with Daxton but ended up being his brother Darren" I explained
"But you don't know" I said pointing to him, he held his hands up in surrender making me smile
"And secondly" He replied taking another sip of his coffee
"What's your secret" He asked and I gave him a look
"What?" I asked
"Well once you let it slip that Michelle like John, Michelle threatened to tell your secret which is when you brought up Daxton and Darren" James said putting it all together
"Oh that um nothing?" I said making it sound like a question
I couldn't really tell him what the secret was. It would change everything. I almost blew it last night by telling him I still love him, what kind of a creep does that.. but when he said it back, my heart sent flutters through my entire body

James' POV

After and urgent text from Luke, I had to go meet the boys at the stage. Something about the Label, I don't know the details
"What's up?" I asked walking over to them
"Hey man" John said with a smile
"hey" Theo replied
"We need to talk" Luke said and I shoot him a look, I swear to god if I'm being kicked out of this band
"you aren't being kicked out" Luke said. Was I talking out loud?
"Yes you are" John continued
I looked at all the boys still confused
"What is going on then?" I asked
"you know all the songs we sent the label?" Luke asked, the boys and I had recently sent of 20 songs to be approved for a new album and some photos that we thought could match some songs they chose as the headline of the album
"Yeah?" I answered
"They only like 2 of them for this album. And they chose a cover" He replied
"2 songs out of the 20?" I asked and they all nodded
"What ones?" I asked
"Brave and All I Want To Say" Theo said making my eyes widen, I looked at John and Luke who both nodded
"And the cover?" I asked and Luke took his phone out opening the email from our Label
I couldn't believe it, they chose the photo of Riley. I took the photo when we were in Miami for Internationals. We managed to escape the competition and have some time to ourselves and it was brilliant
We spent the evening watching the sunset which is when I took this photo

"you've been wanting you way to express how you feel about Riley" John said
"now is your chance" Luke continued making us all smile
"Here is an album dedicated to Riley" Theo laughed making us all laugh

Could we really do that though? Could I really use all the thoughts and memories of Riley and I to create an album? All the things I want to say was hard enough, now I'm putting it all out on the table
"You've got this man, It's not like you haven't done this before" Theo joked as we sat on the stage writing
"What if we wrote the first song we made her?" I asked
"The one for the anniversary?" Luke asked and I nodded
"Adapt it and change it to be about us now?" I suggested and they all smiled and nodded
"you realise when she hears this, she'll fall in love with you all over again" John joked and I rolled my eyes
"Don't you start please" I replied throwing a pencil at him

We spent the afternoon rewriting 'Song For Riley ' and ended up keeping the same title just adding part 2. Because we are so original
It's hard really putting into words everything I think about when I think of Riley, It's crazy to think she's been in my life for nearly a decade. How do you even sum that up?
"Hey" Riley smiled coming into the green room
"What are you doing here? you have this weekend off don't you?" I asked and she nodded
"I wanted to come and see how you and the boys were getting on? you left in a rush?" She answered sweetly
"Yeah, Label got back to us about out songs for the new album" I replied sitting on the sofa with her
"Oh yeah? How did it go" She asked 
"It went okay, i think I don't know" I rambled making her laugh
"well did they take them all?" She asked and I shook my head
"Only 2" I replied making Riley screw up her face which made me laugh
"I'm sorry" She replied and I sighed 
"It's okay. You are the cover of the Album though" I laughed making her look at me confused
"Yeah, I can't reveal too much till it's out but we all submitted photos to each of the songs and I submitted one of the ones from internationals and it's the one they chose" I confirmed
"James David Tordjman, so help me god if an ugly photo of me is making going to be out there for the world to see. Your ass? It's mine" She warned making me laugh
"Yeah yeah Ri I got it" I laughed rolling my eyes
