CHAPTER ELEVEN
LOVERS LANE
"said you might be into girls"
˚✧₊*⁎⁺˳✧༚

Sebastian scarcely ever found himself feeling jealousy, yet here he was, his hands formed into fists, eyes glaring as the two danced on the floor. Some stranger was all over Aurora. The way he was handling her made his blood boil. His hands roamed her body, impressing her with his moves. He had requested some ridiculous Portuguese music to be played. Sebastian couldn't stand the sound of it, or the sight of the two.

Francis was feeling the same way as he watched Tómas joing in on the fun, leading Mary around the dance floor as he moved against her. The brothers were standing next to one another, watching the sisters.

Aurora, on the other hand, was having the very time of her life. Everyone always handled her so carefully, but this gentleman didn't treat her like glass. He was throwing her around, making her twirl, even dipping her towards the ground. Sure, it was getting on her nerve now his hands kept slipping down to areas she would rather not be touched. At least not in public. But he knew how to humour a woman.

On several occasions, her face was so close to his she could feel his hot breath hitting her face. She couldn't help but to chuckle. "You are bold." The red head commented, grinning from ear to ear as she spoke.

Aurora was almost out of breath, despite barely having done anything. He had taken complete lead of the dance, and he was barely breaking a sweat. Aurora could only imagine his stamina. . .

Soon enough the song came to an end, meaning that thei dance did too. Aurora couldn't help but feel relieved when he finally let go of her body. She had surely enjoyed it, but she really needed a break. And a change of clothes, this corset was killing her.

"A pleasure, princess. I expect to see you by the boats?" The handsome stranger kissed her hand, sending her a wink. She chuckled, nodding as he left her to go change. Which she did.

Her heels clicked against the stone cold floor, the echoing sounds bouncing off of the matching walls. Aurora was never addicted to the attention of others, it didn't Mather who it was from she just really didn't care that much. But that didn't mean she didn't like the attention every other occasion. It was refreshing.

As the princess turned a corner, her chambers just in sight, she was suddenly slammed against the wall. A gasp left her mouth. Aurora immediately identified whoever was currently pinning her against the wall.

His blue eyes looked a shade darker than usual, his breath heavy. Aurora smirked. Amidst it all she had totally forgotten about him and the kiss they had shared. For her it hadn't been anything serious, but apparently he hadn't viewed it the same way.

"Is there a reason you are currently pinning a princess up against a wall while we are completely alone, Sebastian?" They were infact alone. The guards and servants were busy elsewhere, mainly located at the party. The light were dimmed, flames barely alive. But it was enough to light up his face. His jawline was chiseled and defined, the flames dancing on his cheeks.

"Do you have any idea what you are doing to me?" He was short of breath. He had been watching her all night. She looked absolutely ravishing in that dress. She always looked beautiful, but he liked this totally different side to her.

Aurora had caught his attention from the moment she stepped foot back into the French court. Her hostile attitude towards him, the sarcastic remarks yet the wild and playful side to her. The way she didn't let anyone boss her around. And how mysterious she was when she would disappear out into the woods. Bash was even more intrigued when he had stumbled upon her using a bow and arrow. No, he wasn't in love or anything. For god sakes he barely knew the girl. But she was taking him by storm.

The way she had kissed him ever so carefully had him second guessing all her intentions. It had him looking for a meaning in any look spared in his direction from her, made him desperate to strike up another conversation with her. Bash couldn't believe it, he was crushing on the Scottish princess.

He had no idea how this had happened. Sebastian had experience with girls. Aurora wasn't his first 'dance' to put it that way. But with all the others he had been the one being chased. Wether it was because of his position in the court or it was simply his good looks, most ladies did not shy away from him. They desperately tried gaining his attention. But here he was, doing just that to a girl who was acting the complete opposite towards him.

Sebastian was chasing after Aurora, and he barely even knew her.

Maybe he was just excited. Maybe it was just the thrill of the chase. He knew he could never get her. She was a princess, and much too caught up in her own life to even consider something with him. But what if there could be something between them. The royals had many privileges. Luckily, Bash wasn't really a royal. Maybe this was where he was going to really luck out.

"What ever do you mean?" Her voice was alluring. Sebastian had decided she must have been toying with his emotions on purpose. He was fine with it. They were running wild inside of him. God did he want her.

"You know exactly of what I'm talking about." Sebastian pushed his body closer to her, leaving no space between them. He waited for a moment, checking to see if she would push him away. She didn't. He dipped his head down, his breath fanning over her face. "Princess. . ."

Aurora had Sebastian exactly where she wanted him. It had taken a shockingly short amount of time for the bastard son to go all crazy about her. Her head tilted, bringing her lips closer to his.

"I have to change." Aurora said, making a weak and halfhearted attempt to move away from him.

"I could help you with that." He seductively said, causing a chuckle to escape from her lips.

"Wouldn't be very ladylike of me to let the bastard son help change me, now would it?" His breath hitched in his throat as she leant in closer. "Guess we'll just have to see each other down by the boats."

The girl pulled away from his grip, smirking as she headed over to her chambers. She swung open the doors, sparing one last look over her shoulder at the tall man leaning against the wall where she had been standing only moments before. She smirked at him, waving before slipping into her chambers, closing the door.

Aurora let out a breath of air, leaning her back against the door, slowly sliding down with closed eyes. The smirk slowly slide of her face as she sat down on the ground, take a moment to take a few deep breaths. What a night it had been.

And it was far from over.
