Tony's POV
We have all left Lucy's room and have sat down in the main living room space. I can tell we are all thinking about lucy so in an attempt to lighten the mood I say "well that really ruined my party plans, such a shame"
"Tony" Natasha says
"Just trying to defuse the tension" i say back
"Dumbass" Steve muttered under his breath
"I heard that" I reply
"You really know how to piss someone off Stark" Natasha stated
"I would like to claim that as a false statement" I quickly announce
"Calm down please" Wanda advised
"I think I swill check on Lucy" peter tells us
"Alright good idea, do you want me to come?" I ask
"Sure" peter mumbles, he must be nervous for Lucy
"If she is asleep I advise you to be really quiet" Natasha advises
"Yes I will" I tell Natasha
As me and Peter walk to Lucy's hospital room he seems to be fiddling with his hands lots, I assume he is nervous. I stop him and say "Peter, Lucy is ok she will be fine. You don't need to be nervous"
"Yeah I know I just really care for her, I want to look after her, she is my sister after all" Peter replied
"I know we all care for her" I empathised "why don't we get her phones and headphones so when she wakes she can listen to some music if none of us are there" I suggest
"Good idea Mr stark" peter says
"Kid we are at the point where you can call me Tony" i tell him
"I know but I am trying to be respectful, besides it is hard to get used to" peter replied
After Peter ran to Lucy's room to get her stuff. Me and Peter get to Lucy's room to find her fast asleep, Still with a heart monitor and drip. From what I heard from Bruce Lucy was badly injured and the knife did lots of damage, not to any organs but it went very deep, it is amazing she didn't die. "Come on peter let's come back later" i whisper. Peter puts Lucy's phone down and leaves
We get back into the main room and I say "I don't think that Lucy will be up for school on Monday"
"What a shock Tony" Natasha sarcastically replied
Peter sits down at the table and Steve asks "do you want anything to eat" while looking at peter clearly aiming the question at him.
"Yes please" Bucky responds, I mentally face palm and physically roll my eyes
"Come on Bucky really, I was not talking to you, if you want I will do something for you to eat" Steve says
calmly.
"Yes please Steve" Bucky replied
"Now back to who the question was aimed at, Peter?" Steve proposed
"No thanks I am alright" Peter answered
"No, Steve do peter something to eat, Peter I know you are nervous about lucy but I recommend eating" I forcefully suggest
"Fine, yes I will have some food Mr Rogers" Peter replied politely
"Peter call us our first names, it makes us sound old" Steve requested
"Yes but Ice cube one problem, you ARE old" I announce confidently
"Tony, shut up" Steve responded
Natasha's POV
The boys where going off on one again, bickering, this is almost a daily thing.
