Anirudh walks lonely on the broken paths and reminices how Bondita completed his life and how he married her to save her from the clutches of the rituals, how together they fought saudamini and how Bondita made The girls of Heeramandi built a new life for them, They did everything together , in sorrow in happiness, in sickness and in danger they never left eachother alone..

Anirudh~"Ek the hum, humare raaste, humare sapne, humare dukh dard khushiyan sab ek hi to thee..Mujhe laga tum samjhogi mujhe..Par Bondita ye 10 ki diwaar itni unchi hogayi ki tum apne birrriisstrraaa babu ko samajh hi nhi pa rhi..Mai aaj bhi iss deewar ke iss paar khada hua hu tumhare intezaar mai ki ab tum aaogi aur mai tumse maafi mangke sab theek kardunga, sab pehle jaisa..Par umne apne birrisstrrraa babu se wo mauka bhi cheen liya..Manchester! Manchester ja rhi ho tum, humesha humesha ke liye waha rehne.. Ek bar apne birriisstrrraa babuke baare mai soch liya hota ..."

Anirudh doesn't realizes that he has come to Bondita's mother's hut while walking alone and sumati stands behind him 

Sumati~"Anirudh Babu?"
Anirudh comes back to reality and turns 
Sumati~"Aap itni raat gaye yaha kya kar rhe hain? Wo mere ghar ke bahar?"
Anirudh realizes that where he is an looks at Sumati with a crying face

Anirudh~"Kya aap bhi mujhe bondita ka gunehgaar maanti hain maa?"

Sumati~"chaliye anirudh babu andar chaliye..Yaha bahar tamasha banega..!"
They both come inside and sumati stands at a corner near dugga maa's murti and lights up a Diya, anirudh watches closely and cries 

Sumati~"Ab yaha kyu aaye h aap anirudh babu? Aam ke baageche ke paise lene? To mai aapke yaha aane hi wali thi wo dene aapko khud chal kar yaha aane ki zarurat nhi thi!"
Anirudh~"Itna paraya mat kariye maa apne bete ko!"

Sumati(smiles)~"Paraya? Apna-parayaa karne wali mai gareeb kon hoti hu Anirudh babu..Uspe to sirf aapka adhikaar h na..Mai aapse shikayat bhi nhi kar sakti..Koi shikwa bhi nhi kar sakti kyuki bohot kiya h aapne meri beti ke liye..Par mujhe bhi to usse ek din mu dikhana hai na? Uska bhagwan hi uska sabse bada apraadhi ban gaya to mai kon hoti hu aapse koi sawaal jawaab karne wali?"

Anirudh bent down on his knees and cries 

Anirudh~"Ma aap janti hai ki wo karna meri majboori thi..Ek taraf manorama thi aur ek taraf Bondita mai kya karta ma? Dono hi meri zimeedari thi ..Mai kaise manorama ka saath chodh deta?

Sumati~"To aapne meri beti ko hi chodh diya?!"
Anirudh stands and clears his face

Anirudh~"Nhi ma..Aap to sab jaanti hain..Maine usse hi to chuna! Aaapko pata h maa wo barrister ban gayi h(proudly) bilkul waise hi jaisa humne sapna dekha tha..!"
Sumati~"Aapne ! aapka sapna anirudh babu! Aapka sapna.."
Anirudh looks at her more hurt

Sumati~"Isse pehle mai kuch aisa bol du jo aap sun na paye yaha se chale jaiye anirudh babu..Mai aapke aage haath jodti hu..Chahe jaisa bhi ho par rishta hai aaj bhi humara..Uski maryada ke khatir hi chale jaiye!"

anirudh cries and leaves after taking her blessings..

He looks at the sky and gets disheartened about the fact that Bondita is never gonna return..When suddenly "Sindoor" falls on him like someone is playing with it...

He looks around and realise a women is playing Sindoor Khela in front of a mandir

Anirudh goes there crying 

Anirudh~"Hey Dugga maa..Aap to Bondita ki Dugga Maa hai na? Aapne har baar mujhe sahi raah dikhayi hai..Mai janta hu mai galat tha magar aaj mujhe apni galti theek karne ka 1 mauka dedo maa..Bass ek mauka..Mujhe Bondita se milwa do maa..Usse yaha wapas le aao maa..Usse yaha wapas le aao...!!"
