"Dammit Sam." Niki said with a weak voice
"Look next time don't cause trouble and we won't have any problems." Sam said. He began to walk, I followed after him with Quackity close behind. Niki was over Sams shoulder, sack of potato style and was looking down. As we continued to walk she began gaining a bit more strength but not enough to fully move. She slowly lifted her head and stared at me, then Quackity. Quackity walked forward so he was walking next to me and stared back at her and after 23 seconds (I counted) he finally said
"Why the long face Niki?"
She looked startled and then went back to that blank expression that was on her face before, "Quackity. I want you to think real long and hard about this one. Why on earth would I be upset?"
"Well I don't know." Quackity paused "you have joined the most powerful organization in the entirety of the Dream SMP. Why would you be sad?"
"If I wanted to be part of it, I would have joined myself, but I, unlike you, have a sence of humanity and would never join Las Navadas." Niki said. Quackitys face dropped. He was silent.
"Niki, we literally were talking earlier." I said "Technoblade has 0 sence of humanity! Quackity is a complete upgrade!"
She glared at me "Technoblade has morals. You and Quackity both seem to be lacking in that department, Purpled." She said
I was silent. The words hit me hard. I have morals don't I? Yes I kill people when I'm payed the right amount but I wouldn't kill someone I truly care about right?
...right?
As we approached the prison, it felt like the air got more and more tense. At this point Niki still couldn't walk and it almost seemed that at the sight of the prison she got weaker. Even though Niki and I were supposed to be enemies, I couldn't help but be worried for her. She must have been feeling discouraged because when Quackity asked her if she could walk all she could do was barley shake her head. As we walked through the prison which I had only been in once or twice, I couldn't help but notice that teh security must had been made even more intense. We started approaching the main cell and Niki quietly asked
"Please for the love of God tell me why I'm here." Quackity who was standing infront of Sam walked behind him and looked at her.
"You'll find out soon enough. Don't worry"
