Huaze Lei
Entering the science and mathematics building, Meizuo, Si and I walked into the classroom Faye sent through text. Once Meizuo told me about what happened in the cafeteria, I went looking for Faye. Meizuo and Si did not hesitate to follow.
Approaching the room I was told to go to, I knocked before opening the door. I opened the door and Senior Yu Yin was the first person I saw. I walked into the room and the guys were behind me. Once I turned slightly, I noticed Faye and an unsettling feeling consumed me as I saw her state.
She was clearly not okay.
"Faye," I said softly, feeling guilty. I walked over to her and was by her side before she could look up. Being beside her, I noticed she was holding her right arm and her knees. I also noticed a bit of shaking from her. My hand reached out to her in hopes I could ease a part of her pain.
Her expression said it all once she made eye contact with me. Her eyes were still red from when she had cried and she seemed to be very troubled with her thoughts. I looked towards Senior and she explained to me again what happened in the cafeteria.
We heard the door open and Faye looked over. I turned slightly to see a very pissed off Gu Weiyi and he walked over to stand beside Yu Yin. I noticed Faye looking towards Si, Meizuo, and Weiyi.
"They're not going to hurt him Faye," Yu Yin said softly to her and I noticed Gu Weiyi folding his arms.
"Faye..." Meizuo asked, feeling unsure. "Why... was Ximen acting that way towards you?" Looking towards her, her eyes watered once more.
"Stop..." I glared at Meizuo for asking her. It was clear she was facing a lot of stress in the situation and I had to make sure to calm her for both her and the little one's sake. I turned to her and my expression softened seeing her. "Faye, let's get you out of here." She nods slightly. Both Gu Weiyi and I helped her to stand and we realized Faye was holding her arm.
"Ximen should have broken that fall," Gu Weiyi sighed. "You may have struck a nerve."
"Let's get you checked up," I said. "Just to make sure your arm is alright. Does anything else hurt?" Gu Weiyi sent me a dumbfounded look.
"I think the right question is if there is other physical pain."
"J-just my arm," She forced the words of her mouth. Her tone indicated pain was on the high side.
"Let's get to the hospital then." Senior spoke and began leading the way. Before Faye could walk, Gu Weiyi reached for her bag and I carefully wrapped my arm around her, pulling her close to me.

"What was Ximen thinking?" Meizuo asked angrily. Meizuo, Si, Weiyi, and I were sitting outside the room while Faye was being evaluated. Senior Yu Yin was inside with her.
"Si," I turned to him. He looked up with a neutral look. Most times he looked annoyed or angry. "What did Ximen and Faye argue over this time?"
"You should be asking her that question," Si frowned.
"We're in the hospital!" I said frustrated and everyone looked towards me. I wasn't a person to raise my voice, but I was terrified if something were to happen to Faye or my child. "Faye can cause a lot of complications with her pregnancy if I can't figure out what is happening."
"Ximen cut her out of his life," Gu Weiyi spoke up for the first time since we've arrived here.
"That doesn't sound like Ximen at all." Meizuo said. "They're practically siblings. They can argue; like what happened last semester."
