As I stepped out of the car, I couldn't help but fall under his beauty. The way his eyes sparkled when the light hit them. The way his hair was loose and gel free. The way he looked in his suit. Does he ever dress casual?

My gaze moved lower and caught a glance of little fingers wrapped around Elijah's leg. It was a little girl, who looked around Gabe's age, dressed in a little light blue dress along with a white long-sleeved cardigan draped over her shoulders and white Mary Jane shoes. I couldn't help but give her a smile when she peeked out. She gave me a shy smile back.

"Is she yours?" I turned my attention back to him. He fixed himself and lightly pulled her toward the doors of the school and spoke over his shoulder to me, "Now why is that any of your concern?" I scowled at his back before turning and opening the car door. He stopped me before I could get back in.

"Don't go anywhere." He said with a stern voice. I ducked into my seat and closed the door. This guy is bipolar. When he strolled into the school, a loud slam followed him. I let out a breath and closed my eyes counting down from ten.

Why does he want me to stay? I know he has so many better things to do than be with me. I bit my lip and debated what to do.

Stay you ding dong! Why are you throwing away an opportunity to talk to him?

Because he is an arrogant and controlling bastard! I argued with that senseless voice in my head. She can be a real bitch at times...

But he is so mysterious and so kept to himself. You know you want to jump his bones. And if you wanted to leave so bad, why are you still sitting in the same spot?

I sighed and started the car making the engine roar to life. I pulled out the spot. Elijah was walking out the building when he spotted me about to leave.  He had his hands at his sides balled into fist with aggravation in his eyes. I silently hoped I wouldnt run into him again.
