juliet sat in the makeup chair as their makeup artist working on her and her hair stylist did some final touches. her mom and a bunch of people that work with her parents had been coming in and out of the hotel room all morning running around like crazy. juliet sat back and tried to relax but the stress of everyone else around her made her feel unsettled. she had been to plenty of events for both of her parents since she was a baby and she loved going to them but getting ready for them was usually super overwhelming to her.

juliet put her phone down when her mom walked in the room half ready. she came over and helped the makeup artist pick out a lip color before leading juliet over to the racks of clothing. juliet changed into her dress for the day and her mom started freaking out about how beautiful she looked.
juliet looked in the mirror and admired herself. she was a really confident person. she always thought she looked good but today she knew she looked stunning.

"ok are you reading sweetie?" coco asked as she grabbed juliets hand and gave it a squeeze juliet smiled at her mom and kissed her cheek
"juliet quick" "juliet over here" "juliet i love you!" fans and paparazzi screamed for juliets attention as she slowly made her way down the carpet. she looked good and more importantly she felt good so she soaked up very second on the carpet. blowing kisses to fans and posing for all of the cameras.
eventually she made her way over to their interviews.
"juliet perry first off you look absolutely stunning tonight. who are you wearing?" the first interviewer asked her. "oh thank you so much, i love your shoes! i am wearing vintage dior tonight. i am so blessed to be able to work with such amazing designers" juliet said and she smiled and looked attentively at the woman interviewing her. "so you must be so excited to be here celebrating your dads movie" "omg of course i love supporting my dad he puts in such love and care into every single project he's apart of. he's such an inspiration to me" "the interviewer smiled and proceeded to ask her more questions reguarding her dads movie and her future plans.
just as the interview was wrapped up juliet turned to leave and take more pictures and do more interviews. a foot away from her was jack. juliet blushed and closed the distance between the two. jack grabbed both of her hands and held them in his own. juliet couldn't wipe the smile off her face as she stared into jacks eyes.
she knew everyone around her was staring, taking photosphere the two, and talking about them but she didn't care. that was the weird thing about being with jack, when she was with him it felt like they were they only two people that existed. she had never felt like that with any guy before or really anyone. every where she went juliet felt people staring at her, she didn't care she liked the attention but there was something about jack that made things feel different.
"you look so beautiful" jack said and juliet could tell by his tone that he really meant it. "thank you jack" juliet said as she continued to hold onto his hands but took a step back so that she could get a good look at him. "you look so good. i mean that suit fits you so nicely" now jack began to slightly blush. usually juliet wasn't as serious with her flirting to jack but she was dead serous tonight. "thank you for coming to this to support my dad and the movie. it means a lot to me" jack leaned in closer and whispered in her ear " of course baby i would do anything for you" juliet smiled up at him and he kissed her cheek before walking away to start his interviews winking at her.
juliet heard everyone around them go crazy with questions registering each other. juliet continued taking photos along the carpet. she decided to do one more interview before heading into the actual event.
"juliet perry! the woman of the hour! you look so incredible tonight" the interviewer said "thank you thank you thank you. i appreciate all of the love that i've been getting tonight" juliet said smiling down at the woman. "speaking of that, whats up with you and me harlow?" juliet giggled before composing herself to answer "jack and i are good friends and it means so much to me that he's here to support my dad and everyone else tonight. he's really wonderful" juliet made sure to continue to give diplomatic answers when the woman continued to question her about her relationship with jack. whatever was going on was between the two of them and not the media. she didn't care that people saw their intimate moment but she didn't feel the need to explain everything to the press when she wasn't really sure what they were yet.
juliet thanks ed the interviewer for her time and went to exit the carpet where she met with her mom and dad. "juliet you look so beautiful tonight honey!" her dad brooks said to her as she wrapped her unit a hug. juliet continued to walk with her parents toward the beyond the venue until her parents were pulled away by their friends. as juliet made her way up the stairs she hugged and made small talk with the different celebrities she knew which included leonardo decaprio, harry styles, margot robbie, etc.
a she reached the top of the stairs she saw a hand outreached towards her. "are you stalking me or something" juliet joked as she intertwined fingers with jack. jack bent down to plant a kiss of her hand "very funny love"
the two walked hand and hand as they made their way through the venue. juliet continued to say her hellos and wave at all of the celebrities in attendance but juliet was the real star there tonight. she didn't know everyone there that night but they all knew exactly who she was. that was something that juliet had been used to her entire life.
