Yedam arrive at his neighborhood late than he supposed to. Dami's friend birthday party is still going but Yedam decided to go home since it's already ten. Dami on the other hand was still there at the party. At first Yedam was hesitant to leave his girlfriend there, but Dami insisted him to go home, and she assure him that she's going to be alright since she's with her friends

Yedam get out of his car and the first thing he noticed is the loud noises and laughters coming from Doyoung's house, he was wondering why it's sounded like there's many people inside the his friend's house

Then realization hits him.

Today is his best friend's birthday

He froze on his spot. How can he forgot his best friend's birthday

He snapped back once he heard the door opened and he saw Asahi and Jaehyuk going outside followed by the others "Oh, Bang Yedam!" Jaehyuk called, he sounded little tipsy

Then the others look at him soon as they heard his name. Yedam immediately walk towards them

"Where have you been?" Asahi asked as he is holding his tipsy boyfriend

"You've been missing the whole party hyung" Junghwan said

"Yeah, it's your best friend birthday and you're not here" Haruto frankly said earning a nudge from his boyfriend

Now feel embarrassed and ashamed at the same time that he couldn't answer the question

"Really sorry Yedam, but we have to go now, I still need to drive this guy drunk ass all the way home" Mashiho said also holding his drunk boyfriend

"Me? drunk? Huh, I'm not, I'll be driving us home" Junkyu blabber

"Aish! You're drunk, and I'm the one who will drive" Mashiho said dragging his boyfriend all the way to the car

"Sorry too Yedam but I think all of us have to go home" Yoshi said and Yedam just nod

As the other leave, Yedam walk inside Doyoung's house. Doyoung is probably sulking at him now Yedam thought

As soon as he step inside he's meet by Doyoung's cousin Jihoon and its boyfriend Hyunsuk "Yedam, you're here" Hyunsuk said

"Bang Yedam" Jihoon said walking towards at the guy "I just want to let you know that it's your best friend's birthday today" he said patting the guy's shoulder. Yedam didn't understand what Jihoon mean by that but it made him feel shivers a little

"Hyung you can go home now I'll clean it
tomorr-" Doyoung words cut off as he see Yedam standing at the door "Yedam"

"Doyoung-ah, we have to go" Jihoon said

"Bye Doyoungie" Hyunsuk said and both him and his boyfriend left, leaving Doyoung and Yedam

Silence almost took them good thing Doyoung break it "Yedam. I- I thought you can't come" Doyoung said "The party is already over"

"I'm sorry" Yedam started "I'm sorry for forgetting your birthday" He said hanging his head down low

"It's okay" Doyoung said giving him a smile "I know you had a busy day" you have a girlfriend to prioritize first

"Uhmm.. there's still some food there if you want to eat, I'mma go to the kitchen first" Doyoung said immediately went to the kitchen

He put the used plates on the the sink, he didn't really have the mood to clean the dishes right now.

To be honest he felt disappointed at his friends not remembering his birthday, it hurts him. Maybe things are really going to be different now that Yedam have a girlfriend

"Oh" Doyoung flinch when he hear a click he turn around and saw the living room lights were off

He walks in to the living room and he was greeted by Yedam holding a plate with a slice of cake and has a candle on top. Moments later Yedam started to sing Happy birthday

"Happy birthday Kim Doyoung" Yedam smile at him

"What is this?"

"I didn't get a chance to greet you, and beside I'm always been the one who holds the cake and sing Happy to you" Yedam said making Doyoung remember the time where Yedam was the first person to greet him and sing Happy birthday to him "The only difference is that I'm the last person to greet you now" Yedam continue

"Kim Doyoung, I'm sorry for forgetting your birthday"

"Ey, I told You it's fine" Doyoung said "now turn the lights back on, it's too dark in here"

"You still didn't make a wish"

"I already did earlier"

"But I wasn't here"

"Fine, I'll do it again" Doyoung close his eyes, hold his hands together and start to make his wish

"Done-" Doyoung was cut off when Yedam suddenly put the icing on his nose.

Yedam move away from Doyoung, laughing watching his friends shock face with an icing on his nose

Doyoung snapped back from getting shock "Yah! Get back here you little shi-" Doyoung started chase the guy that's still laughing for what he have done

"Let me have my revenge!" He shout. And the night ended with them having an icing fight
