"Are you sure they won't beat me up?" Yedam asked nervously, looking at the imposing building in front of him. He could feel his heart pounding in his chest

"Gosh, Yedam, you already know them. Stop being dramatic" Doyoung said, rolling his eyes. Yedam was so confident about showing up to them an hour ago but now he's reluctant

"I know them. That's why I'm scared" Yedam said. He had a bad history with some of Doyoung's friends, especially Jihoon and Hyunsuk. The last time he interacted with them, they had a heated argument that almost turned into a fight. He was pretty sure they were still pissed at him

"How about you go there and I stay here?" Yedam suggested, fastening his seatbelt again. He hoped Doyoung would give up and leave him alone

"How about you go home and don't ever come near me again?" Doyoung countered, making Yedam flinch. He knew Doyoung was joking, but it still hurt. He didn't want to lose his only friend

"Okay, okay, I'm going" Yedam said, unbuckling his seatbelt and getting out of the car. He followed Doyoung to the entrance of the restaurant, trying to act casual

"It's going to be fine, Yedam" Doyoung reassured him, putting his arm around his shoulder. "You go first" Yedam said, pushing the younger boy ahead of him

Doyoung rolled his eyes at the guy before going inside the restaurant. He could already see ten pairs of eyes staring at them as they both entered. "Doyoung-ah, you're finally here" Hyunsuk greeted him with a smile

"Sorry we're a little bit late" Doyoung apologized, looking around the table

"It's okay. You can sit here" Jihoon said, pointing to the chair between him and Hyunsuk. He gave Doyoung a friendly nod, but his eyes were cold

Meanwhile, Yedam felt terrified and awkward at the same time. He felt like he was invisible, not a single soul told him to sit. He couldn't just sit beside them like that. They still had a grudge towards him

"You're not just gonna stand there, are you?" Yoshi said, breaking the silence. He sounded annoyed, making Yedam panic. He immediately sat beside Jaehyuk, the only seat left

"Dude, you really fucked up" Yedam was surprised to hear Jaehyuk whisper beside him with no anger in his tone. He sounded sympathetic, as if he understood how Yedam felt

"I really did" Yedam said, scratching his head. He wished he could take back what he had done, but it was too late

Jaehyuk clapped his hands, earning everyone's attention. "This table is eerie, can we first order our meal before things go chaotic?" he said, trying to lighten the mood. Everyone agreed and ordered their food
