oh the weather outside is frightful
it was snowing at hogwarts today, although it was typical for december it seemed like this storm was worse than any other you'd seen.
but the fire is so delightful
so here you were in the common room with tom just in front of the fire with a blanket trying too keep warm. the cold weather always seem to creep into the common rooms despite the fires constantly burning, it was always so damn cold.
and since we've no place to go, let it snow! let it snow! let it snow!
"tom?" you whispered
"yes dear?"
"we should decorate my dorm."
sure it sounded like a good idea at the time. it was pouring the snow and you had nothing better to do. little did you know at the time that tom would end up tangle in christmas lights with you lying on the ground covered in garland laughing your heart out.
