You were my Eureka moment,
had me running stark naked
out of the warm confines of my bathtub,
wildly enthused.
I screamed in joy,
the discovery tickling every nerve,
bursting the limit of happiness
at long last.
But then blew Boreas,
his icy breath freezing my skin in place,
goosebumps invading my brain,
scrambling my discovery.
Scrambling the eureka that was once mine,
without even leaving a towel.
