Caitlin has a slender build, an average height, fair skin, mid-back-length strawberry blonde hair with one lock pulled into a headband braid, and turquoise eyes (which are visible whenever she feels shocked or afraid). She has had two wilted flowers in her hair for the duration of her time in Amphibia. Even when she removes them when she changes outfits, they always reappear once she wears her normal outfit again or by the next episode. The flowers are no longer present upon Caitlin's return to Earth and during her return to Amphibia.

After using her yellow gem Calamity powers in "True Colors", Caitlin now can activate a super mode of sorts. When she does so, her hair and eyes become a lemon-yellow color, the two flowers in her hair became revitalized, and a few more flowers appear, making them appear like a flower crown. Her hair also increases in length, reaching down to her feet.

In the epilogue of "The Hardest Thing", Caitlin's hair now reaches down to her upper thighs and her bangs are side-swept to either side of her head, the right one being more curled than the left. She also ditched the headband braid.

Main Outfits

School Uniform (S1-S2)

During Seasons 1 and 2, Caitlin wears the standard Saint James Middle School Uniform. It consisted of a gray t-shirt with a red collar and an "SJMS" crest embroidered on it, a short red skirt, white no-show socks, and silver ballet flats. Upon arrival in Amphibia, Caitlin's skirt is stained with mud along the bottom hem and she ripped the right sleeve of her shirt and used it as an improvised tourniquet to a wound on her right leg. Even after her wound is healed in "Best Fronds", Caitlin still preferred to have that sleeve worn on her leg (though she still needs to wash it now and then) as she thought it would give her a bit of a rugged, otherworldly, and adventurous style.

Casual Outfits (Prologue)

During the prologue book "Welcome to Los Angeles", Caitlin is shown to wear two casual outfits. One consists of a purple floral-printed dress with pink ruffles along the bottom hem, a grey bolero jacket with purple borders, a silver belt, purple slouch boots, a silver bangle, and a pink tennis visor.
