Physical Appearance: Mirei has long slate gray hair that is usually tied in a bun whenever she is at work. She also has green eyes that appear half-open, giving her a mellow-looking appearance.

In several scenes where she is seen outside of work (i.e. visiting Aizawa and Shiori at their school), Mirei wears a navy blue halter strap top with a butterfly print at the front, a white cardigan with cap sleeves and light orange stripes. She also wears olive green pants, purple sunglasses, and white platform sandals (see far right of the two pictures).
