+++Fast forward+++

After school Nancy went cafe for her work.
After work she had dinner there with her college named Christina who is like a elder sister to her.

"Aahhh... I'm so tired" screamed Nancy before entering her home.
After changing to her comfy outfit she went to bed. A flash of Shawn comes her mind before going to Dreamland.

Next Day in School------

===Nancy POV===

When I reached in front of the school gate I noticed a familiar figure standing at there. Yes I knew who was he.

"Why are you standing instead of going to class" asked Nancy.
"I'm waiting for you" said Shawn.

Waiting for me? Why? thought Nancy

"Why are you alone? Where's Lyra? Doesn't she come with you?" asked Shawn in confusion.
"Well Lyra always comes school with her mother in her car. I always come alone to school" answered Nancy.
Then they headed to the class room while chatting.

They seated themselves while Nancy is looking here and there.
"What happened? Who're you looking for? asked Shawn in a low voice.
"I'm looking for Lyra" said Nancy looking here and there.
Then the door busted open appearing Lyra. She's panting so heavily due to running.
"Where were you? Why are you late?" asked Nancy.
"Sorry I overslept" muttered Lyra.
At that Time Mr Smith entered the class.
Nancy made a "ok" sign to Lyra before stand up with other students for greeting Mr. Smith.
"Ggggoooddd mmmmoooorrrrrnnnnniiiiiiinnnnnnggggg ssssiiiiiirrrrr" all students greeted in unison. (A/N: again.... this happens every day in school....right)
Mr. Smith greeted back.

"Submit your homework" said Mr. Smith.
Then it's hit to my head I haven't done my homework.
She always does her homework before going to bed and always checks before going to school.But yesterday she was thinking about Shawn and forgot about homework.

"O God. I'm doomed." Whispered herself Nancy. "How can I forgot about my homework? What'll I do now? I hate detention also have to go to work after school. I can't go to work late." thought Nancy.

Shawn noticed her worried face and asked "What happened? You look so worried"
"I forgot to do my homework and I hate detention" sighed Nancy.
Shawn felt sad for her but He can't do anything.

"Nancy where is your homework?" questioned Mr Smith.
"Sorry sir I forgot" answered Nancy.
"Detention after class" said Mr Smith before starting lesson.
Nancy sighed and focused on lesson.

School bell rang means lunch break.
Lyra run towards Nancy's seat and said "I've no dance class today so we can eat together" while giggling.
"YES" said Nancy and both high-fived.
"You are also coming with us right" asked Lyra pointing at Shawn and he nodded.
Then they headed towards canteen.
After taking their lunch Nancy noticed the hesitant look on Shawn's eyes. So she understood what's he means.

===Shawn POV===

First time in my life I have a friend. She's Nancy. She didn't give me strange look like others. She didn't hate me like others. In previous school I've no friends cuz I always Wear this mask. They always gave me strange looks. One day they forced me to take off my mask but I refused so they forcefully removed my mask. After seeing my face they gave me the most disgusted look and cursed me. After that I got to know they all hates me and called me unlucky, sinner and don't know what. The situation got so bad that I had to drop out of school. Now I'm here in my new school with my new also first friend. I don't know what she thinks of me as long as we're friends. So I can't eat here. I don't want her to see my face and gave me that disgusted look. I don't want her to hate me. But I can't let her know that right. How can I excuse myself? thought Shawn.

"If you're not comfortable to eat with us you can go to the rooftop" said Nancy with reassure smile.

Shawn eyes got wider after hearing that from Nancy."Again.....she read my mind.....how can she...... she's really something" thought Shawn and nodded with a smile of course again she didn't see cuz of that mask. After that he headed towards rooftop.

===Nancy POV===

After I said that to him I feel like he's smiling but I can't see that cuz of his mask thought Nancy.
"How could you know that he's uncomfortable to eat with us?" asked Lyra to Nancy.
"I don't know but his eyes......the hesitant look in his eyes made me think of that also yesterday he said to me that he doesn't want to remove his mask in front of everyone so i understand that" said Nancy.
Lyra made a O face then they started eating.

Time skip (After class)-------

===Shawn POV===

After the teacher left the class all students pack their bag to go home.
Then I remember that Nancy has a detention class. I looked at her. "She looked sad and irritated. May be she doesn't want to get detention. But what can I do for. I can accompany her to home right. Yes I can do that" thought Shawn.

"I don't want to go to detention" said Nancy while pouting.

"She looks so cute while pouting" thought Shawn and automatically a smile formed on his face. Cute

"But I have to" sighed Nancy.
"Let's go home" shouted Lyra happily.
"You go I have detention class. I can't go home now" said Nancy.
"Yes I forgot that btw how could you forgot about homework? You never did that before. What happened?" asked Lyra.
"I can't say that I was thinking about Shawn and forgot to do homework. If I'll say that then she'll always tease me. No I can't say that" thought Nancy.
"I forgot cuz there was a lot of work in cafe yesterday. I was very tired. So after going to bed my mind and my body only repeated one word that is 'sleep' so I slept" said Nancy and they both giggled.
Then they said bye to each other while parted their direction.

"Nancy" I shouted behind and she looked at me confused. I ran towards her and said "don't worry you'll not be alone I'll waiting for you outside okay".
"No no you don't. You can go home I'll be fine also it's going to be late. so you don't have to do that"said Nancy.
"No I want to please" I said in a low voice.
She smiled at me and nodded.
She looks so beautiful when she smile.
