Maya's POV
"Morning honey" I smiled as I placed my hands round Carina's waist and kissed her neck
"Morning" she murmured as she rubbed her eyes and turned to me
"Long day?" I asked and she nodded kissing my cheek
"What about you?" She asked smiling with those eyes which made me smile
"Have a meeting with PD at midday" I said as I got up
"I need you to drive me, my car is at the hospital" she said as she got ip after me
"I need to rush but Matteo will drive you" I said as I jogged over to Matteo's room and knocked on the door. As there was no answer I walked in to find him fast asleep shirtless and all the covers on the floor. Which made me smile even tho he should have been up.
Matteo was 18. His last days of high school. He had gotten way so so very big so quickly and with us not noticing he was all a grownup man.
Course he was still just a baby to us. Looked a lot like Carina. Way too handsome, green eyes and a dark golden hair. Just course, he was a "gym guy" and a rugby player... pretty much lived inside a gym and you could tell by looking at him.
"Honey" I whispered as I got closer and gently shook him placing a kiss on his cheek
He slowly opened his eyes and turned to me "hey" he whispered in a very low tone which made me chuckle
"I need to rush, but mammas car is at the hospital . Could you please drive her over?" I smiled and he nodded "thanks love you" I said as I kissed his cheek again "get shaved you're spicky" I laughed and I heard him chuckle before placing his head back on the pillow
Carina's POV
Monday mornings were always busy at home. Maya and I having to start off the week and getting everything settled.
I walked into Sophia's room to find her having a full fashion breakdown or something similar. She was 16, totally on the teenager fire mood. Quite different from Matteo, she looked more like Maya, blue eyes and golden blonde hair. But, did act more like me in quite a lot of things.
"Soph?" I said as I walked in to find her inside her bathroom drying her hair still wrapped round a towel
"Morning" she said as she turned off the dryer
"You need to be ready in 10 minutes why aren't you changed?" I asked looking at all the outfits on her bed
"I'm coming I'm coming" she said walking out of her bathroom looking at all the clothes "I'll be downstairs in five" she said and I kissed her head
"Hurry" I said "you're going to school not a fashion show" I said
I walked downstairs to find Matteo and Maya having coffee at the kitchen
"Morning" I smiled as I saw both of them
"Morning" smiled Matt with that charming smile he had
"Bambino, it's winter. You can't be shirtless, bear-foot and wearing shorts" I said looking at him
"Seems like someone is walking over to work today?" He smiled and I laughed tiptoeing to place a kiss on his cheek
"Get dressed we'll leave in 5 minutes" I smiled looking at Maya as he walked away
"Is it just me or is he bigger and bigger every day?" I laughed and Maya chuckled
Maya's POV
"Come on!" I heard Matt yelling upstairs as he knocked on a door "Sophia we'll be late!"
Carina and I exchanged a look and I jogged upstairs
"Hey, hey" I said "what's going on"
"I'll be late and I need to go pick up my papers for collage and Victoria Secret is still getting changed" he said again knocking on Sophie's door "go get her" he said
"Okay okay go downstairs. I'll get her out in a second" I said as I walked inside to see her picking up a jacket "your brother will kill you, you'll be late. Come on" I said as I got her out
"Morning mom" she smiled "how did you sleep?"
I laughed and pecked her cheek "you'll be late come on" as we both walked downstairs "Victoria secret is out" I said as we all headed out and the three of them got into Matt's car as I drove away to the station.
"Hey" smiled Andy as I walked in and into my office
"Hey" I said "hate Monday mornings"
"Yeah we all do" she smiled "how're the kids doing?" She asked as she sat down
"Your Godson has his last days at high-school" I smiled
"Aww. I can't believe he is a grownup" said Andy smiling "has he come up with the decision on what's he's doing?" She asked and I nodded
"No way" she said getting up "no freaking way!" She yelled and I nodded "oh my god!" She yelled even louder making me laugh
Matt was planning on going into fire academy. Working at the station with me
Matteo's POV
"Okay bye" I said I dropped mama over at work
"Love you" she said kissing my head "drive safe!" She said as she walked into the hospital and I left once I saw she was inside
"Can I ask you for a favor?" Asked Sophie who jumped into the front sit
"I hate when you do that in my car" I said and she smiled
"Please" she said
"What are we talking about?" I said smiling at her
"I need to go to a party tonight" she said looking at me seriously
"Oh you need to go?" I laughed and she nodded
"I just need you to convince mom and mama" she said
"Why me?" I asked confused
"They listen to you" she said and I looked at her as I parked at her high school
"Behave" I smiled "call me if you need me to pick you up. Don't walk alone by yourself"
"Matt!" She complained
"We'll talk about the party stuff later okay?" I said as she got off the car and walked inside.
I drove over to Uni house to pick up my papers do present at fire academy and to start working at 19.
