Carina's POV
"Matteo, this is... no just... no" I said
"Mama, please, don't" he said getting up "just don't tell her, it was stupid and pointless and I know that" he pleaded as we walked out of his room
"yes, exactly as stupid as it can ever get. Look at those hands Matteo!" I yelled "those are not my son's hands!" I said getting my eyes watery "where are you?" I said looking at him with pitty on my eyes
"I'm sorry, okay?" he said "I just lost myself alright?" he said
"no, definently, definently not alright" I said as I grabbed my phone
"you're calling her?" he said as he leaned on my bedroom door frame
"you rather do it?" I said getting even madder
"no" he said sharply
"you know what Matteo?" I said looking at him "I've had enough, first of all you'll head over to Grey Sloan, you'll go see Callie get that disgusting bloody hand of yours fixed, you'll come back here and you'll be the one talking to Mom." I said grabbing my purse
"why can't you talk to her?" he said as I was leaving
"cause you're a grownup" I said sternly " your man enough to get drunk and beat up with some guy at a bat? Then you're man enough to deal with your own consequences" I said as I walked downstairs and hopped on my car to leave.
Maya's POV
"not true, at all" I said laughing as I finished charting at my office
"oh please she's right" said Andy pointing at Sophie
"you put names in the garage mom" laughed Sophie "name tags"
"yeah I even got one" laughed Andy
"okay, the only reason for that was because no one at home knows how to park correctly" I said in defence
"okay why do I get a tag then?" laughed Andy
"oh no no, that's not it" laughed Sophie "she wrote mama a ticket, as in a traffic ticket"
"Maya?!" laughed Andy
"wasn't a ticket!" I said "it was a warning!"
"Maya you can't write tickets to people inside your own garage" said Andy as she choked with her own laughter
"okay you know what?" I laughed "bully me all you want but it worked" I said
"yeah cause mama no longer parks inside now" laughed Sophie
"oh my god Maya" laughed Andy again
"so plans tonight?" I said
"plans?" asked Sophie
"it's Friday night I guess you have plans" I smiled
"yeah I do, nothing sure yet, we'll see later" said Sophie looking at her phone and Andy exchanged a glare with me
"okay then, mysterious girl" I said "Andy you coming over for dinner?" I asked
"yeah Captain" she said
"great, see?" I said turning to Sophie "she is not mysterious"
Matt's POV
"so, I'm not new at this, knuckles which..." began Callie
"Callie don't" I said "please"
"Matt, I'm not dumb. What happened?" she asked
"nothing" I said getting up from the gurney "is my hand ready?" I asked
