Carina's POV
I got home after my shift was over to find Maya on the phone pacing back and forth as she usually did when she was mad.
"Hey" she said as she hanged the phone and walked over to me to place her hands over my waist and place a kiss on my cheek
"Hey" I said "everything alright?"
She nodded and said "just some stupid files went missing with team B" she said and I nodded
"Why is the house so empty?" I smiled looking everywhere
She laughed and said "Sophie is upstairs in her room"
"Right" I laughed "Where's..." I began being cut of
"No clue" she said shrugging her shoulders "he avoided me all day at work"
"Everything will turn okay" I said as I placed a kiss on her lips and walked upstairs to her changed
As I was walking over to my room I knocked on Sophie's door and walked in to find her asleep which made me smile since she was so like me. After a long day I would just get home and into bed falling asleep for some minutes.
Matt's POV
"I didn't come here to do some shrink talking" I smiled as I placed a kiss on Kate's cheek
"I thought you were tired from work" she smiled and I smiled back
"I'm never tired for you. You know that" I said placing my arm round her again
"You know you'll need to fix your situation at home sometime right?" She said as she looked at me and I nodded
"And I will" I said "just not right now"
"You can't sleep at the station every night" she said shaking her head
"Kate..." I said getting closer
"No" she said as she pulled me back "I'm not falling for it. We're talking" she said "go home. I'll go with you. Just, talk to your moms please"
"I'm not sleeping there" I said sternly
"I'm not asking you to" she said "just talking okay?" She said and I nodded
Maya's POV
"Fuck" I said as I read my phone and quickly grabbed my bag
"Really?" laughed Carina jogging downstairs with her bag in her hand
"Paged?" I said putting on my shoes
"Yeah, so have you?" She asked and I nodded as both of us rushed to our cars driving away over to different places.
As I got to the station I headed directly to my office to begin the whatever meeting was so important.
Sophie's POV
Great, home alone.
I jogged downstairs to get dinner ready as I saw Matteos's car parking outside. Damn
"I get that part I just don't want to argue about it" I heard Matteo saying as he walked after Kate into the house "oh hey" he said as he saw me
"don't close I'll be out" I said in quite a tone
he sighted and lifted his hands "however" he said walking into the living room
"hey Sophie" smiled Kate in a way better tone than Matteo as she walked over to hug me
"hey" I smiled back
"you look nice, you heading out?" she asked as she saw my clothes and I nodded
