After having smacked down another Tenjiku guy, you wiped the sweat off your forehead and took a look around you. So far things seemed to be alright as the majority of the people lying unconscious on the ground, were members of your opponent
" Y/n behind you!" someone tried to warn you but unfortunately, before you could even react, you were send flying across the battle field
Blood splurged out of your mouth as the impact with the ground was quite rough. Knowing that the enemy was going to attack you again, you attempted to stand up quickly. However upon feeling a jolt of pain in your lower abdomen you winced and stopped moving
" You're mine!!" the guy who injured you run your way with his fist raised in the air. However he didn't get the change to touch you as he abruptly got knocked-out
Exhaling in relief, you smiled gratefully at your savior " Get up " Draken offered his hand, which you took " We're not done yet"
" Any idea on the current status?" you pressed your back against your friend's one
" For now, it seems we have the upper hand" he replied between breathes " Baji, Chifuyu, and Peh were able to take out thirty regulars while with his monstrous strength, Angry, managed to beat the Haitani brothers"
" Wow... " you whistled
Everybody knew how strong and merciless those two devils of Roppongi were, especially when they fought together. Yet somehow...your friend...had kicked their ass
' I better treat him to some ramen after this' you grinned
" What about my brother?"
" He's actually heading to-" The rest of Draken's sentence got cut off when both your ears heard Mikey's name being screamed by Takemichi
Snapping your head around you looked ahead were you could see Izana knocking your sibling with brutal force to the ground

As their one on one dual got more violent, both the Tenjiku and Toman members created a big circle around the duo, giving them a larger amount of space to move around more freely
Afterwards, both parties feel silent and watched the two commanders going head to head. Seeing this intense fight, everyone present had mixed emotions. Some guys stared with amazement while others felt intimidated
And in your case... It was neither of those feelings
For you it was rather sadness
It became clear that Shinichiro wish had been shattered into pieces. Not only was Izana's hatred towards Mikey visible throughout his kicks, but also through his dilated pupils. They were so wide that it gave him a look of absolute craziness
And it only became much more intenser when Mikey finally managed to land some punches of his own
" Izana's movements..." you narrowed your eyes " Is it just me or do they seem to get sloppier? " you questioned out loud
" With Mikey now attacking him repeatedly and having used most of his energy at the start of the fight, it's no surprise that his limbs are getting tired" Draken confirmed your observation
And right after he said this, Izana let out a roar and darted towards your brother seemingly ready to land his final hit
But unfortunately, Mikey only needed the strength of his fist to stop him
With one clear punch to the face, Izana body's stumble backwards but he didn't fall. Instead he just gritted his teeth, stopped moving and took deep heavy breaths. At the same time he could feel his adrenaline starting to wear off making him realize just how sore his muscles were
Taking in his exhausted and quivering figure, Mikey knew that his opponent had reached his limits " Izana..." he mumbled " You lose "
Hearing this, the white haired's expression turned into something so unsettling that it made you feel like he was about to do a very bad thing. And not even five seconds later, did your breath got caught in your throat as you witnessed Izana holding a gun, pointed at Mikey
" If I lose this fight, that means I got nothing left..." he muttered in an almost saddened tone
" If shooting me means you'll be satisfied then try it" Mikey's provocations startled Draken to the core
" Don't test him Mikey!" The vice commander yelled worriedly" He's not playing around!"
Unfortunately, his warning was in vain when the head of Toman ignored him and taunted Tenjiku's boss again
Seeing Izana's finger tremble around the trigger, Draken was about to leap forward when someone beat him to it
In the back of your head, you knew that your action was plain point reckless. Yet you couldn't stop yourself. Seeing your brother being threatened, triggered your protective side, making your body move on its own
Slapping the weapon out Izana's hand you went to stand in front of Mikey who stared dumbstruck at his sister's back
" What do you think you're doing?" you mumbled " Have you lost your mind!"
" Get out of my way " the white haired snarled " Unless you want to die first"
" And then what?" you raised your voice, glaring at him " What do you think you'll gain from killing me and Mikey?"
" Shut up..."
" How do you think Shinichiro would feel about this?"
" Shut up..." the boy repeated louder
" Izana, even after you turned your back at us..." you bit your lower lip " You have to know that Shin and I never stopped caring about you "
" I said shut-"
