I'm here to explain Arlo, Jazzy and Nox's quirks 💀
Jazzy:
Okay, so Jazzy basically really likes to draw so why not have a drawing quirk?
They wanted it so that whatever they draw will appear such as the jetpack from earlier.
Arlo:
He pretty much wanted to be Camilo so he can basically transform into anyone and have their quirk for a limited duration of time.
Nox (aka y/n)
Nox has the quirk 'Nine tailed fox'.
This allows them to have 9 quirks. Just by touching someone, they can collect their quirk and store it in one of their tails. The original user gets to keep their quirk though. Nox has a fox form as a part of their quirk and can turn 50/50 as well (just ears and tails) but can't become fully human.
They are also able to expell a certain quirk when needed.
