You head down to the meeting room with Nat, everyone else had already gotten there. When you to walk in, everyone was listening to Tony, except Wanda, her eyes were trained on both you and Nat. You looked at her and smiled, taking a seat beside her, Nat on your other side. It turns out that there was word of a major weapons deal happening and Fury had asked if the Avengers would be able to recon and step in to stop if required.
Tony and Steve both go over the plan with Nat, Bucky, Steve, Sam, Yelena and Vision. You watch Wanda as the rest of them go over the plan, you don't understand why she wouldn't be going on the mission, but you let it go.
"Okay, so we will be gone for 3 days max" Tony said bringing his attention back to the rest of the room,
"Suit up" Steve says while heading out of the room, everyone going on the mission slowly starts to filter out, before Nat can leave, you grab her by the wrist,
"Hey, can we talk before you head off?" you ask,
"Yeah of course, find me in my room in an hour?" she says smiling,
"Oh my god, my first mission, this is crazy" Yelena says walking over to her sister, and grabbing her shoulders while walking out of the room, you watch them both leave, Nat smiling back to you while Yelena ushers her out of the room. You are excited for Yelena, you think about how nervous you would be if you had to go on one, at least this one had to do with humans, well you think so anyway. You turn back to the room, it is just you, Bruce & Wanda, Wanda was already watching you,
"So, looks like it's just the three of us" you said towards them, Wanda gets up and storms out of the room. You look at Bruce, and he looks back at you, aware that you are questioning Wanda's behaviour,
"Eh missions are a sensitive topic for Wanda y/n, best to leave her to cool down for a bit"
"Oh yeah, sure, can I ask why?" you said halfheartedly,
"Best to leave that one for Wanda to tell you" you nod and leave the room, unsure of how to occupy yourself now that everyone is heading off, you think about shadowing Bruce in the lab, see what sciencey stuff he does all day, but you would probably get in the way or else set something on fire that is definitely not meant to be on fire.
Eventually, an hour passes, you start to make your way up to Natasha's room, you see her leaving in her suit, and your eyes go wide, this is the first time you've seen her ready for action, you see the guns strapped to her thighs, and the way her suit hugs her figure and you're staring, definitely staring, you quickly look up to her eyes, but she is smirking at you, you've been caught, definitely caught.
"You are heading off already?" you say disappointed,
"Yeah, but we can talk when I get back okay?" she says squeezing you upper arm with her hand, you nod your head and turn to watch her walk away, you can't help but stare, god she looks good walking away from you,
"I saw that" she replies before walking downstairs, you quickly turn around in response shutting your eyes,
"Y/n? what are you doing?" Yelena asks as you stand in the middle of the hallway with your eyes closed, why is it always Yelena that catches me acting up.
"Nothing" you reply, opening your eyes,
"Weird" she says to herself as she also disappears down the stairs.

With Nat gone and Wanda M.I.A. you take it upon yourself to train, you go down to the training room and start working on your punching against the punching bag, you try your best to remember the technique that Nat showed you, but without someone there to correct you, you fear you might be doing it wrong.
